A Good Tip

$446 is more than many servers make in DAYS of work...and yet, one young lady at an Indianapolis restaurant received that as a tip on a $6 bill.  It's not common, of course, but it got us debating about what a good tip is in general:  Is it 20 percent?  25 percent?

How much should diners leave for good service?
