The Miami Marlins suspended Manager Ozzie Guillen for five games after his controversial comments about former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. A college law professor says Guillen was within his rights to say what he did. "The problem," says the professor, "is he's in Miami." Watch our Wednesday program to understand why Miami's Cuban community is particularly sensitive about Castro.

The anger caused by Guillen's words seems to be about where he made his comments, just as much as what those comments were. It raises the question, just because you CAN say something, SHOULD you?
