Carl Azuz, Anchor
I am very happy that he died and I think he deserved it. He killed many people on 9 11 and that cost the life's of many people who had families. I am still worried though that al- Qaida will plan a terroist attack against America and many other countries because of Osama Bin Laden's death.
I think that now that he is dead we the citizens of the U.S. are going to have more peace.
My reaction when the Death of Bin Laden was said i was shocked ... but i was happy that he died because there won't be so many bad stuff around the world anymore! He was the cause of 9/ll so will go to hell
I say that this was so surprising but i am happy because he was a terrible man! U.S.A.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i like but I'm kind of scared, cause there could be another guy and can send more people out to kill more of us but im glad hes dead
At first it did shock me. After all this time they finally found him. I am happy that he is out of the way. He killed many people in the 9-11 attack. His death will bring relieve to many.
Well Bin Laden dissevered the punishment for his actions and he ended up dying for them so any body really could either be sad about not getting attacked anymore but over all I am glad and feel safer now.
when I see the headlines, I am very happy we finaly found and killed him, because many people, including a fire fighter from my family who responded to it, got killed in the 9-11 terroist attacks.
I I'm shocked by Osama's death. He was hidIng in plain site. I'm glad it's all over now. This is to the victims of all of Osama's attacks, not just 9/11.
I think that Osama bin Laden was very wrong to support or create the idea for attacking the United States. The incidents of September 11 2001 were tragic. Our country as a whole was devistaed. All people who support Bin Laden should be ashamed of their involvment. What was going through my mind when I heard the news that he was shot by the Navy Seals was that to some a hero has died to others a heartless villan has perished finally. Osama Bin Laden is dead.
I was surprised when I head it Sunday night that they caught him but I was happy too! But since we killed him I do think al'quaeda might try and retaliate aginst us because we did kill their leader. But without their leader they will be weaker in my opinion. For the most part I am happy about it!!
He deserved it because he was a terrible man I think he should not be honored because of what happened on 9/11!
I think its wrong to ever be cheering someone's death, and it isn't that the world is going to be safer overnight. I believe now is the most critical time to be stepping up security so that Al Qaeda cannot retaliate, and also to continue pursuing other high-ranking members of the group that might claim the vacancy in power.
Cutting off the head of this snake doesn't kill it, it just grows another head. And the next terrorist disaster will bring a different name into the spotlight.
I think it is great Bin Laden is dead, although it is quite sad we are celebrating a death! We has casued so much sorrow and death, it is good to finally be rid of him!
I think that its good Osama is dead. I can remember from 3rd grade everything that happened on 9/11. I'm proud of Pres. Obama for making this happen. I hope this help bring his popularity back up. I'm sad that a life had to be taken, however he can now no longer harm us.
I think that it is the best thing to happen and come out of this war and we as US citezens which some of us have lost our loved ones in this war are happy that he has gotten killed. this is closeure for those who lost people in this war that started as a result of one man. This could not have hppened at a better time it is better late then never! to get the guy that has caused so much pain in the US and has affected so many people.
This is a significant day in U.S. history. The alQaeda terrorist group has lost a lot of power thanks to the amazing military of the U.S.A. this has taken a lot of weight off our shoulders. I hope we never see a horrible man like this again. And again we have to love the U.S. military for their help and their amazing courage.
i think that his death will help the pressure of the united states but him being dead now poses a threat to us...thousands of people died and we couldnt stop it so how can we stop it now...just because there leader is dead doesnt mean they will stop
I was shocked when I heard. I was happy, but unlike many other people I don't feel at peace. I'm scared that now we will have many attacks now. I'm proud to be American at the moment, but I wish I had some more peace than I actually do.
I am shocked that he died. And he was less than 100 miles away from the capitol! I am glad he died, because all the men and woman he killed just caught up to him and he payed the price. I know alot of people will be overjoyed, but, what will happen next to the rest of the terrorists? Who is next in charge? Will another attack happen on America like 9/11? I thought these things after I saw the news. Now it is easier for people to sleep at night, now that he is dead. But, his followers arn't dead yet. I bet someone will rise up now Osama is dead. Will we ever be safe?
I think this is good because he deserved it. He killed over 3,000 people. It's great for the world that he's dead. He was not a good man. I'm glad this terrorist is dead and i hope no one like his ever comes again.
The death of a person should never be celebrated, even a person who was responsible for the deaths of countless women, children, and men. The death of this man will not bring back our loved ones. His death might prevent further deaths, but the probability of that is low. Rather, this event marks a time for solemn reflection. May peace be with the people affected by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, but death of any human is never an event for which we ought to cheer.
I just came in to school on monday and everone was talking about this. I know he was a horibal man and cased the deth of thousans of pepole but dose he really deserive to die? I mean he was not even given a trial and dose it not clearly state in the counstututione " inocent until proven guilty" and " every man has the right to a fair trial". I also think it was unfair for the U.S. goverment to kill others who were just in the house. I also hope pepole realise this is what our world have come to and I pray muslums and pepole from Pankastan are not steriotyeped about this!
l'm a Korean,and maybe it would be relief to Americans,and maybe he deserves it.He certainatly killed a lot of people.But he's a human,justlike us,even a bad one.ls his death really worth enjoying?
the death of Osama bin Laden is surreal. this feeling of elation that justice was finally served after nearly 10 years will hopefully bring a sense of peace to thousands of people worldwide who have felt the impact of his murderous actions. Now isn't the time to become complacent and relaxed–the world should still be as vigilant as ever in the fight against terrorism.
I think this is a really good news for American citizens. But NOT EVERYTHING is finished yet, because just only leader is dead. From now we around world must think how we can make a peaceful world with no terro.
I think it's a good thing he died. He killed so many people, and so many families suffered because of him.
Though this was a great victory for the United States of America, we must remain vigilant and finish the missions in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
theres always evil in the world, like it,love it,or dispise it.its always sad that a human life has to be lost in order for others to be alive.
I cried when I heard he died. I have been waiting 8 years. Thank God.
An evil man was found dead.
I rejoice because his ideals died. I rejoice because my country is safe from him.
It saddens me, however, that death is necessary. Of course, death has always been necessary. That's why war is necessary. It's the only form of absolute protection from an absolute evil.
But that any man should die without the grace of God saddens me. This man was proof of how depraved mankind can be.
But he was a monster; and I am happy for my country. A ten year manhunt ends as the United States still heals from the wounds of 9/11.
God bless America. Even in the face of our enemy's demise, we need You now as much as we ever had.
I feel that the war began to lose meaning after a while. Osama's death wont do a lot for us.
As the comander in chief, I think President Obama did really well. He is the first president I look up to since I'm born and I'm from France. Wish we had a president like him.
I am a Chinese student. I do think it's good news that Bin Laden was killed. He not only launched terror attacks to US ,but also backed the Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement which wants to separate Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from China through terror attacks. But it was really out of my expectation that he lived in a city near the capital of Pakistan. Most of my classmates reckon he was hiding at caves in the mountainous regions. What we learn from him is that the most dangerous place can be the safest place.
Osama Bin Laden attacked the U.S. in 9/11, and now everybody is celebrating his death. I don't think that it is good to celebrate anyone's death, however bad he was during their life. I think that although Bin Laden killed many people, we shouldn't be rejoicing his death.
And nobody DESERVES to die, even if they're terrorists.
I am glad that Osama Bin Laden was killed because he is the reason that when i look at New York's skyline the twin towers aka the World Trade Center and I don't like the fact that he killed people in the W.T.C and he disrespects the American way of life and religion but we respect his and the Muslim religion it just isn't right or fair i think that we should treat them the same way that they treated us.
I think its great. Alot of people died in 911, so i think he deserved to die.
I think the death of Osama bin Laden is great justice!! Unfortunetly there will probably be attacks still but I think we are ready for what ever comes to us cause we are stepping up are security..
im happy it happened cause he killed so many people died in 9 11 and he deseved it.
I am kind of standing nutral to this death, I mean it is a big sigh of relief for those who lost friends and/or family to 9/11. But then again Osama bin Laden is just one out of who knows how many other people that have made a huge affect, in a bad way. I wonder how the death of Osama will change things.............
The death of Osama Bin Laden makes me proud to be an American. I feel very happy about this news because of he hurt our country really bad. Even though it took 10 long years, it still feels great to know that we got our justice and we redeemed ourselves. I hope that Alqueda doesn’t retaliate but I’m sure they will. Now that I know we can stop Osama from anymore terrorist attacks, I feel confident that we can stop everyone.
Thank God he's dead, but Osama bin Laden's death may lead to another attack on the United States. Although he may be dead, we have an opportunity to be prepared for any future attacks on U.S. soil. He may be dead, but he left a massive hole in the hearts of U.S. citizens.
Osama is dead can't wait for the oil prices to rise yall
It is terrific that he is dead and that he was probably one of the most hated men in the United States but a person is a person and I don't think that we should be happy that the U.S. just made the al Qaeda even worse. The U.S. should expect an attack from them because of the death of Bin Laden.
I think the death of Osama Bin Laden is a crucial step forward for American efforts in the middle east. His death may bring about a small, futile retaliation from his closest followers, but the minds of these religious extremests will soon forget Bin Laden's existance and support a replacement leader. I am glad that Bin Laden was killed by Americans. The world must know that terrorist crimes will not go unpunished.
I believe it is a terrific achievement for the U.S. I commend the President and the Navy Seals for finally bringing justice to the people of this country . However, I also believe that the war isn't over. The U.S. has more trouble indeed coming in the future. Even though Osama Bin Laden is dead, there is still more in the world just like him. The attacks on the U.S will never stop. The U.S. has now began a war between the two countries.
i HOPE THIS BRINGS COMFORT AND SATIFCATION TO THE VICTIMS OF 911 AND THE LOVE ONES OF THE SOLIDERS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THIS WAR.GOD BLESS AMERICA MY HOME SWEET HOME!
I was little when 911 happened, almost 5 . I remember watching 911 happen on the TV, and i always thought it was a movie, but it wasn't...
I found out about bin Laden's death on Facebook and thought that it was some type of joke, so i checked wikipedia and it said he had died so i knew it was true . i am still shocked and it doesn't feel real.
I am relieved that he is dead because now he can't hurt anyone else.I thank the Navy Seals for this gift. And have a new respect for Obama.
I doubt that al Qaeda will stop and think they will most likely retaliate.
Mr. Osama Bin Laden's death was a total shock to me. I understand that he killed a lot of Americans and was also responsible for many terrorist attacks around the world, but that does not give us Americans a reason to cheer for someone's death. We should be happy, and proud that we made a difference in the world that we are living in today. Americans are proud to live up to our words " One Nation Under God Indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All". Victory and justice are what Americans should be cheering for. I honestly believe that it is not over, there are people out there that are happy that he is dead, but remember there are also people out there that are upset that he is dead. It is honestly time for Americans to stick together at all times and be solid, and stronger then we have ever been in the years that we have been The United States of America. Let's not get too laid back because you don't ever know what is coming next. We just have to expect the unexpected, and be ready at all times no matter what.
Believe me, i am BEYOND happy that Bin Laden has died. BUT i am also scared. Who knows what Al Cida will do now? Im scared that they will have mmore terror attacks on the U.S. for pay back that we killed him. the best thing to do it pray!
While im sure many people are relieved at the death of Bin Laden, does it make us any better than us? Do you think America- haters around the globe cheered on 9-11?
I also would like to note President Obama's speech: why didn't he name the soldiers who carried out the death of Bin Laden? Why did he say, "I, I, I, I"? While President Obama was sitting comfortable in his high security white house, those soldiers risked their lives for this country and then he takes all of the credit...
I'm glad he is dead. He was a very bad man. Its a good thing he is dead. He killed many people. He was also in war against the U.S. . I learned of this death during the Phillies game, in the 9th, the game was tied 1-1. The game was Pennsylvaina against New York, 2 of the states that planes crashed in.
I feel that now osama bin laden is dead i think that there will be more peace. also i think alquda will try to get us back
It's good he;s dead and no longer a threat, but....
"For those who seek peace all around the world..." (Quote by George Bush) they killed someone? Ironic.
I am glad he is gone but his followers are still here. They are probaly going to be more horrible than ever before. I feel horrible because so many people died because of him. For every person who has lost family members, he deserved it.
Well I heard he's a cruel and mean man so I don't care he's dead he did too much damage! He started the war and it won't stop!!!!!
i am so glad that he is dead but im not very happy to celbrate becuse our u.s.a are having partys and jumping singing pledge of our american flag im not saying we shouldnt be happy becuse he killed innocent people grown men and women kids to but we shouldnt show it in public that makes us look bad so we can be glad or happy but he realy realy realy deserve to die thank you.
I am amaze of bin laden death. So far we are winning the war on terror. We should crush al Qaeda and the Taliban. We will never forget the people who lost their lives on 9/11. God bless America.
I am releaved that Osama is dead now because we don't have to worry about him ruining many other people's life but yet, other terrorists might want to start another war against us because we killed Osama Bin Laden, so they will not stop the destruction.
I think this was a dificult feat by the United States, something we wanted for a long time, but there might be someone else who might take his place and make even bigger threats. The worst is yet to come.
i had to sit and watch nine eleven. i thank the people who killed that idiot
My reaction to this terrible mans death was kindf of happy and kind of sad I was happy because he was the cause of my uncle's death during 911 so he finnaly got the punishment he diserved. And I was sad because I did not get to celebrate in New York City.
And P.S. USA!!!!!!!!
I think it was wrong for people two cheer. If another race was killed by another race they would want to kill them
I feel extreamly happy that Osama is dead because, now no more horrible things might happen also because the bad things that he did were way of line. And that is my reason to be happy:}
i am very suprised and happy because, i never thought it would happen. Its perfectly awsome because my mom is in the United States Airforce and, she has deployed to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Iraq so and, also almost got bombed when 9-11 occoured. It causes alot of problems for kids like me whos parents are in the armed forces. My opinion is that the united states took alot of pleasure in Bin Laden.
I don't know if I can believe that he is dead because i have seen no body or proof.
I think osama is not dead and I will feel no different if he is dead. The reason why I think this is because there is no logical proof but word of mouth and that is not very reliable. Everyone thinks that since he is dead gas prices and the economy will shoot for the black zone. This not 100% proven to happen just a theory.
i think this makes me fell safe becuse there might be no more taris atacs
i was shocked about Osama death but i think that i was kind of mess up that people was cheering becaues he death but i am not happy or sad about his death...
that I am happy that he is dead so he will not kill me
I think it is write and wrong for people two cheer while someone is dead and I think it is write because he caused allot of hurt to america
I feel happy that he dild
i'm mad that people are celebrating his death but i'm very realived he is dead! because if he went to jail he could of broken out and blew up a school or some thing but i know some one will want revenge on evryone and try to take his place!!!!! so i'm newtroll i agree with most evry one right now
i think of this that is fair and unfair because it is fair because he was really mean. And it is un fair because the people who are there family are sad.
i think this made me happy cause now all the things he have dune he get's what he get's it is like u get what you give but all of the people he killed is just bad!
I think it is good because he killed 3000 people
and the twin towers were the most famous towers
on U.S soil.I think it is also bad because if Osama
Bin Laden was in my family I would be sad because
he was shot (in the head) and killed.
I think it's good because he did lot's of bad things. And because he killed people. And i fell happy that he die or if not he will still kill people.
i will be happy that bin ladan is dead because he killed so much people died and i saw the movie before if i was in there i will be so sad.
The death of this man is good for our country. This horrible man caused the Twin Towers to collapse killing many of our loved ones. I think this is a sign of strength and justice for our country. This doesn't mean there is no more terrorist there is still alot of them out there.
I'm not sad and i'm not happy about osama ben latin's death. I'm not sad because he was a criminal and he was a bad person. I'm not happy if it was your family member how would you feel if someone was cheering that they were dead.
i dont think it approite to cheer about someones death,i wouldnt like it if someone was happy about my death,i understand that he has brung harm to others but i think we should of kept it a personal celebration.Think about someone being happy for others and loved ones death.
Bout time. We shot the hide n' seek champion of the last decade right in the head.
FINALLY! This is a miracle and one of the best things that can happen to the US. Also, it helps the families and friends cope with the loss of their loved ones 😉
I'm glad that such a horrable man was killed for all that he did.
Yes, the greatest criminal in United States history is dead, but going out in the streets and celebrating? What message is this sending to our Middle Eastern counterparts and to al-Qaeda, a far-from-dead organization?
Osama Bin Laden deserved to die because he killed all those people and it will help them sleep at night knowing that the person that killed thier loved ones is now dead.
I think that his death to us Americans is good, he deserves every bit of it. I will always feel horrible about the families who lost loved ones in 9 11, and always consider that it could happen again, He doesn't even deserve a grave..
I understand Bin Landen's death can mean closure to a lot of family, but he was a person. It's still a death of a man. A man with wives and kids. He deserved the harshes punishment of man, but to be brutically killed as he did I think was a cruel act.
I feel that Osama Ben Latin death is a reson Arqudia has a reason to attack us . On the other hand it's great monent in the U.S history for what happened in the horrible tragedy of 9/11. Next, you need to look at both prospective of this event think the people of his country his people will want to evenge his death. After ,that in way i'm glad because we don't have to worry about him planning another terrorist attack. Finally, I feel that i'm happy because another U.S victory GO!!!USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was only little when this happened.....so I didn't get to feel the terror, but now I'm scared that Al Qaeda will go mad and bomb us again.
I think that it is a good thing that he is dead. That way they can be no further terrorisim in our country and other countries.
Osama Bin Laden deserved to die....he was a bad bad man....the people that he did wrong wont have to worry anymore because he is dead..(:
My opinion is that Decisions make up who you are and it was his own decision to become what he was and to do what he did. So it was his decisions that caused his death. I know that we shouldn't be happy for death, but I must admit I was glad when I heard about his death. I am glad for the people that lost loved ones on 9/11, and I know this won't bring those people back, but I do hope this comforts those people's relatives to know that he was brought to justice and is now dead. But just because he is dead doesn't take away the entire risk. Now alQueda might retaliate and damand war. Or possibly some other terrorist group come to destroy another one of our famous cities and most importantly its people!
I think that it is very good that Bin Laden was killed. Now we have less of a threat of terrorist attacks againts the U.S.
it was a significant day. there is no more bin laden but there still is a lot of terriosts so were not completely safe. but at least he's gone
I'm glad that this mastermind cannot create and fund any more plans that will cause destruction and end lives. I believe that this will boost the troops spirits along with our own as American citizens. Thank you to all members of the military who are fighting for our safety and freedom.
Osama Bin Laden being dead is uplifting news to those who had lost loved ones due to his actions. The U.S has finally revenged the event of 9/11. However, the U.S is smart by thinking that Osama Bin Laden's people are expecting to get revenge on their fallen leader. Hopefully this historical event will help the U.S. become safer and redeem their pride that was lost on 9/11.
That man didnt deserve to live and i am glad that they killed him on the spot. It doesnt pose a threat to us, Because now they dont know whhat to do because there is not a leader
Osama's death is a great step towards ending the war on terror, but it certainly isn't the end yet. Al Qaeda has plenty of other terrorists, and a new leader might seek to establish himself with another big attack on the US. But Osama's death also lets us breathe a big sigh of relief, knowing he's not still hiding somewhere out there and is really dead.
It's good that he's dead. That's one more threat gone, and one more step forward for the U.S. Keep it up!
Like all Americans i am glad that the man behind one of our biggest tragedies is gone, but that doesn't me al Queda is gone. We have to stay aware of retaliation. If his people were to know how much we were celebrating his death as much as we are, then that would be bad. We just need to watch ourselves and not get too full of ourselves.
I think that BIn Laden's death is significant but i do not believe that it fixes everything. All the terrorists will not go away just because BIn Laden is dead. I think that a new leader may emmerge from this ordeal. We need put our focus on the group of terrorists not just one person.
the death of bin laden shood help us in the war.
(if he dose not have a next person in line)
As we all know that he is dead i think it will help make the United States better because they dont have to worrie about him anymore. I know that he killed a lot of people it made everybody really sad. I know we can't bring the people back that he killed it will still be really sad to the familys. I hope it will make out country better.
I think he deserves to die for hurting are countre and for hurting the people of 9/11
i think its great that we actually found him and that we finally killed him. he has done so many things wrong to the world and to many innocent people. anybody like that should not be able to do it for very long
I think that the death of BIn Laden will boost the spirits of the U.S. troops. We can't all just relax now because there are still other terrorists out there who want the same thing Bin Laden did. Now they might want revenge and will strike harder. So don't relax yet.
this...is.....AWESOME he destroyed the twin towers and he has payed the ultimate price and death is is the least of his probelms
I am usally not proud about any deaths but this one is different.
I am actually happy about Osama Bin Latin getting killed. I am happy he was killed cause he killed many many peaple and other family members. Most of all he took down the twin towers. He is also one of the most wanted people by the F.B.I. Finally i am glad beacuse now there will mabey be less terrorist attack and less dangerous attacks.
the death of usama bin laden does not mean the end of
the terrorism war brtween us and al quida the u.s. just means we
just killed their symble and THE FACE OF TERRORISM
So did we make him a martyr? Because that could be bad and he may have more followers in death than in life. I definitely think it was about time but I still think the US should be careful how we move forward after this.
I am happy he is dead. He caused the USA great trauma but i am scared about the aftermath of his death and the payback.
I think that him being dead is one less thing America has to worry about. Although it does add the pressure of being attcked by people that are seeking revenge for him!
After 10 long years of wondering if he was going to strike again, I am glad that he is gone and the United States doesn't have to worry about his involvement in the war any longer. However, his death will not bring back the thousands of lives he terminated. Just because he is dead does not mean that his ideas will be put to rest. His followers may strike back, but not right now because they suffered a major blow with the death of their leader. If they are going to strike back it won't be for a long while,so the United States should celebrate this magnificent event that has happened.
Yo I really find this crazy cool. And all I can say is he's lucky I didn't get ahold of him. Nuff said
Osama deserved his fate after all the horrific crimes he committed. Now we need to focus on destroying Al Queda and ending terrorism.
I do believe that this is a historic landmark. Someone that has caused the nation so much heartbreak and sorrow is finally dead. Also as Americans we can have some closure on this situation.
I remember all the horrors of September 11and how it affected my family and friends so closely. One of my best friends lost their dad in the towers and my cousin was sent off to war and almost died. I was quite shocked to hear that Osama was killed but at the same time I was glad to hear that it happened. The only thing I am worried about is that there could be backfire on the United States with all the followers Osama had. Hopefully not though!
Go USA! I'm glad that Osama is dead. We had many complications with him terrorising our country. I feel that we will have more peace. Osama is a bad man, he is super crazy too. Hopefully no body goes psycho and tries to replace Osama, that would be bad.
my reaction to bin ladan's death is shocking to me but im still worried that he had friends or somebody he knew and told them to take over for him when he dies and i think that he's deaserves to die becaus he killled a lot of people during 9-11 so he deserves to die
The death of bin Laden is very controversial. I am glad to hear of other countries now rising up against Al Qaeda groups in there area and trying to force them out.
think its wrong to ever be cheering someone's death, and it isn't that the world is going to be safer overnight. I believe now is the most critical time to be stepping up security so that Al Qaeda cannot retaliate, and also to continue pursuing other high-ranking members of the group that might claim the vacancy in power.
The death of bin Laden is causing a lot of celebration around the country. I think it is important that we let this event unite us as a nation not only because "justice is served," but rather because we have prevailed through a decade of terrorism and hate. For me, it is hard to celebrate death. I think as a society we should refrain from barbarian but rather remain positive as these tough years finally reach a conclusion.
I think that his death might cause a lot of problems in the USA because of Bin laden's death! I also think he deserved to die because of all those people he killed in the 9 11!
I am proud to be an american on this day and am glad that the mastermind behind the 9/11 attack is dead. Someone that is so horrible and has killed so many people deserved to die and, i know this sounds mean, but had it coming.
Ar first it did shock me. It was a really random time for something like Osama bin Laden being killed. I think he deserved to die. He had killed so many people and hurt the US so bad. But, at the same time it's scary because what if someone other man starts to plan attacks. The attacks will never be over.
When I first heard he was dead I was unsure of who exactly he was until my mom told me that he was the man suspected of planing 9/11. Once I found out who he was I was very surprised and relieved. It took us 10 in a half years but we finally found him. I hope we won't have to worry any more.
All i can say is... U.S.A!!!!!!!! U.S.A U.S.A U.S.A!!!!!!!! GREAT DAY TO BE AN AMERICAN!!!!!!
i think it is and is not a good thing that osama bin laden died but he did kill alot of people so that makes it good but he died and that we should never celebrate somones death
I think that Osama being killed isn't so big. Alkida is still going to attack the world until all of them are dead or in prison. So I think that the war will last a lot longer now Osama Bin Laden is dead. Don't get your hopes up america.
PS. I am an american
i think its hreat that he died because my dad died in 9/11iswas a sad day i will never forget
i know osama bin laden did an evil sin to my and everyone's family but he has children and a family. He's a human being too! he may be evil and he hated the usa, but I have been in a situation like this. I am praying for his family and was praying that he would come to his right mind. now he never will, but listen– his grandkids and children only know him as daddy or grandpa and are probably devastated. celebrate his death but pray for his family, guys– they are in a world of horrid now. 🙁
i am glad he is dead but his ghost will haunt everyone
I think that since they killed Osoma Bin Ladin that someone else lower in the chain of command will take power. The only way to stop terrorism is to kill them all!!!
I think now that Osama is gone there will be some troubles with terrorist groups but it still is a big deal because he has caused so much pain to so many people.
It is a relief to know that Osama bin Laden is dead. He was the main person in charge of making terrorist plots come to life. And as many of our governmental officials are saying, though bin Laden is dead, it doesn’t mean that the fight against terror over in the middle east is dead, it just makes it so much more easier to fight against a group that has lost their leader and person of direction. Hopeful in the following years, we can put an end to Al Qaeda and the deaths that they have caused.
I believe that Osama Bin Laden’s doesn’t change much in this war against terrorism. We will still be in war with Afghanistan and we should have been able to capture Osama quicker. I think we are ten years to late to receive this justice that everyone is talking about. I also believe that the troops fighting this war and the ones who really killed Osama should be getting more recognition than Obama who a week ago was deciding whether or not to pay our troops that are risking their lives and the ones who actually killed this leader in terrorism. But I do hope that Osama’s death brings closure to those who lost loved ones because of his actions.
I was suprised that he was hiding there in that house if it were me id hide in the mountains or run off to another country and shave my beard and put a baseball cap on in stead of a towel no one would ever notice me i would just change my identity.
What took so long? but only more problems can occure from here, more than our government is ready for.
The death of Bin Laden is only a small step to stop the war in Afghanistan. This killing will not stop terrorists attacks but I think it may increase them. Although it is great news for all Americans to know that Bin laden is finally dead, it makes us more cautious of retaliation from terrorists.
i am just happy that there is peace finally
When i saw the news i thought they were joking because they couldent find him and then they saids he was in a home not a cave and i was surprised
im happy he is dead but that doesn't mean there won't be anymore terriost attacks. but america can deal with anything.
I think its good that he is dead now but whats next? there could be more people like him and they could be planning revenge on the U.S.
I'm very happy about this, but it could bring other terrorism in the United States.
I Believe that Osmas death is very helpful to are situation in anti terrorism. i also think that this will give some of the people who feared him and lost family on 911 will be more at rest.
I think this is a very good milestone in our battle against AlQaeda.
I am glad that americans now have, kinda like a weight off our shoulders that we don't have to worry sooooo much about Osama attacking us. And that Osama bin Laden is dead. The only thing that americans really have to worry about is if he had a master plan to attack the U.S. if he died. But now us americans are ready for it. In 2001 when he attacked us we weren't.
i think that is okay that he is dead because people didn't like him for blowing the twin towers but im happy because that there is not going to be as much terist attacks
Now that he's dead all I seem to think about is when will the soilders from afganistan come back home again?
One person dead can't cover for thousands and famlys losing loved ones. Its a start but not the end.
I think that it a historical moment that all will remember, but this however is not the end of Al Qaeda’s terrorism. My thoughts right now are directed on how they will retaliate.
When I first heard this I was surprised and impressed with the seals that had gone in and accomplished this but then I got worried what if by killing him we had just made the war worse. What if Osama Bin Laden's side got angrier at us and just continued to try and kill americans with no leader and no plan at all. Just random not thought out attacks an americans what then. Would our security be able to withstand all those attacks? Would it put all of America's daily lives in jeopardy?
The killing of Osama bin Laden is a turning point in the war that has been a part of the U.S, since September 11th 2001. I think that I will look back on this date and remember how it affected me. It will be interesting to see future achievements that were made possible by the death of Al Qaeda’s leader. I hope this is the start of the end of the war.
I think that it was a great accomplishment for the United States to finally find Osama and kill him. It probably brings an enlightening feeling to those families that lost a love one in the 9/11 terrorists attacks. I thought that the speech Obama gave covered all the right areas and justice was served on Sunday.
I hope it brings closure to those who have lost loved ones to know that Osama Bin Laden is dead, but it doesn’t fix the problem with terrorism. I hope the United States and our allies are ready for many other terrorists to step up to the challenge against the American people.
I am glad that bin Laden is dead. Before I moved to California, I had friends in New York that had relatives that died in the 9/11 attacks. It is only right that he paid for the thousands of unnecessary deaths he caused.
I think it's awesome!!!Osama Bin Laden was responsible for the deaths of 9.11 & other terrorist attacks. He deserves to die.
I think he got what he deserved, although it is wrong to cheer after your enemies lose, after what Osama did, you just have to cheer, because now, many lost lives have been avenged.
For once the violent death of a human is a good thing
I think it's great that Bin Laden is dead. But we don't have to rub it in the face of his country. He was only doing what he thought was going to benefit his country. I'm not saying what he did was good at all! But the more we brag about it, the more its going to anger his country and it's going to make them want to attack.
As of now we are so focused on the fact that he is dead that we aren't even taking into consideration that they could attack us. I think we just should be twice as alert, and ready for anything. Just because Bin Laden is dead doesn't mean that the world is going to be one big happy, peaceful place now.
When I first heard the news that Osama Bin Ladens death I thought it was a joke until I turned on the news and read it in the paper. I'm glad he is dead because he got what he deserved when he messed with the U.S.A on 9/11. I agree with former president George Bush when he said "no matter how long it takes the U.S got justice" and this is a big achievement.
The death of a homicidal master mind was indeed a great triumph for not just the U.S but the whole world. But will this ever bring back the people we love and care about? No it might not but it will bring a sort of comfort to the families who had a lost one in the 9/11 attack. Osama may be dead but who knows if someone will take his place and his power and due to the fact that they killed Osama this new leader may go to drastic measures. This will not end the war over night but with Osama dead it could delay the effects of war and buy the U.S.A enough time to end the wars on terror.
I was shocked when I heard the U.S has killed Osama. My first reaction was relief that he was finally dead and couldn't hurt anyone again. Since I was little on 9/11 I didn't understand the brutality of what he planned and how many people were killed. He deserved to die and just like the rest of the U.S I'm glad he's dead. Although Osama is dead now the U.S should be prepared for retaliation from al Qaeda
I really didn't care when I found out that they had killed Bin Laden. But I feel as though killing him was a good thing & a bad thing at the same time.
A bad thing because his people are still out there & they could attack us at any moment without us knowing. They probably had a plan already planned out if the US had killed Bin Laden.
A good thing because people who lost loved ones on 9/11/01 could feel a little bit better about Bin Laden being dead. But I don't think we should be happy or should be celebrating someone's death.
When I first heard about Osama's death I didn't really feel much for it. I mean my life wasn't affected by it at all it was just news I heard and then I went on with my day. I do feel that its a good thing for the people who lost loved ones in 9/11. It gives them some comfort knowing that the man that caused a lot of pain to people is gone. Nothing is over though, al-Qaeda is still out there.
I don't really think killing bin Laden will do anything. The idea of al Qaeda will still be alive; just because bin Laden is dead they won't stop attacking us, they might even become more aggressive, in a hurry to avenge their leader. Don't get me wrong, I'm still elated he is dead, but killing him will just mean someone else is going to take his place. They will still keep their jihad alive, and we will most likely be targeted for future terrorist attacks. We will never be at complete peace until al Qaeda is completely wiped out, which will be a gargantuan task. al Qaeda only lost a few members, and I highly doubt the organization was small.
I think that our our country is a lot safer now that the leader of al-Qaeda is now dead. Even though Osama bin laden is dead the war on terror is not over, it just gives the U.S.A. more hope and encouragement that we can still win this war. I think that since Osama bin laden is dead, America needs to raise their security systems so al-Qaeda can not have a chance to retaliate. I think that the armed forces need to hit the enemies with all they got to crush them. Overall I think that the death of Osama bin laden has strengthened every branch of the armed forces. Also I think that every American can rest knowing that the leader of al-Qaeda is dead.
Osama is dead but many others may kill people just as bad as he did or even worse. When you cut off the head of a worm it still lives. So basically I'm saying that they will just find another leader to do the same or worse as Osama did, so it's just gonna never end. Someone else will start destroying/blowing stuff just as Osama did. Also it probably ticked off all the terrorists so there may be more attacks toward the US. So it's great that he's dead but will just be even worse when they find another leader that we need to find and kill yet again and a never ending chain of this kill new person, kill new person. It doesn't do much to the safety of Americans because we killed their leader and they will find another to kill our people so it is pretty much pointless. Osama's death might bring more terror but can also bring peace. Only time will tell.
I am Glad he is dead. He crashed the twin towers on my Birthday which really sucked. he made me mad that day.
The death of Bin Laden was great news to me. Alot of people had family or friends in the twin towers. I was happy when i heard he was dead. There could be more attacks from the terriorests on the U.S.
Osama Bin Laden... dead. It took almost 10 years to do this, but we did it finaly did it. We are America, we can do almost anything, even if it takes 10 years, 20 years, even 80 years. We have proven ourselves once more. While the victims of 9-11 and his other terrorist plots cannot be revived from Osama's death, at least we are safer from him and his terrorist groups. THis is why I solute this country, America.
I happy and feel proud to be in America right now. He hurt our nation and harmed our people.I am glad we do not have to worry about him any more, but it feels wierd to be happy for someone's death, even if it was his. I feel like our nation came together and to celebrate. I feel proud to be an American!!
I think that it is good that we killed him. This makes us even for the people he killed.
I think that the fact that bin laden is died is great news but that doesn't mean we can stop fighting we need a big push to defete them all
I think it is a good thing that Bin Laden is finally dead. It may have taken almost 10 years for America to catch him but at least there is one less terrorist to worry about. In the end this is still the home of the brave and the land of the free. God Bless the U.S.A.
I think that if they are going to show Saddam Hussein being hung then why do they not show the pictures of Osama. That is kinda dumb if you ask me.
I'm glad he is dead ,so more terists will see what happens to them when they hurt or kill us
I think that it is a good think that he died because now Queda will not be as strong, but i am scared because Queda may get mad and plan another attack against the US. The navy seals were very respectful because they burried his boday in a muslim way and they deserve major credit for that!!!
I do think that it is wrong to find joy in someone's death no matter how evil they are, though I am glad that his evil actions have finally come to an end. Also now there is no head in the Al Queda terrorist sect. meaning there will be much less organization and less detailed planning, making it easier for our national security to find and stop their attempts at terrorizing our country.
I feel a lot relieved that the leader of one of the world's top terrorist organization has now died. I think that we can all celebrate for a little while, but do advice the national government to take immediate actions necessary to secure the citizens and the people who live here in the United States, so that no act of terrorism may ever again occur in America's soil. It puts me a lot of relief to know now that the leader of the Al-Qaeda Terrorist is now dead!
The death of Bin Laden was a milestone in the fight against terrorism. He was an intricate part of Al-Qaeda and their operations around the world, however the United States should be on high alert for more retaliations from his demise. Osama has been terrorizing the world's people and their sense of security for decades and we can say the world is at peace for now...
It is a good thing that he died but i think Al Queida will strike freedom tower next
I think killing Bin Laden was a terrible mistake, but still he was a terrible man.
As much as he deserved it he was a father, a son, and a husband so its hard to say I honestly like his death but being in jail would have killed him so it was best.
Now that Bin Laden is dead more terriosts are going to become angry because he was there leader pretty much. Alot of people are happy about this but it's a matter of wether or not we know what's gonna happen next or not.
I think the death of Osama bin Laden is a good thing. I know its not good for anyone to die but it was helpful. I know it took about or a little over ten years to kill him and locate his area but now that we finally got him and he is dead i think it is very helpful. it didnt ever affect me so i dont really have anything to say about it. Just maybe a little more proof.
I am really satisfied that Osama bin laden is dead, because we dont have to worry about him attacking us anymore. Also think of how the relatives of the victims of 9/11 becausethey must feelalot of grief of their family and the weight hasbeen lifted off theirshoulders thanks to Bin Laden Dying.
Well, overall I am glad that he is gone. I’m glad because he needed to get caught for his actions on 9/11. Whether or not he should have had a trial, he was foremost a terrorist. Being a terrorist give no one the right to attack other people. But, I am also worried that the Taliban or Al-Qaida will retaliate against our troops. I am not worried about us at home however. Like many people have said, I believe the world is a better place with him gone!
I think that the death of Osama Bin Laden is a mile stone in the effort for peace; I just hope that the Arabic nation does not think that the United States is doing this to have more power in the world. The reason why we did this is because he was the mastermind in the attack of 9/11!
and to all of the people whoare related to the people who died in 9/11 all of yall have every right to be sad about what happened and glad because osama is dead
I never thought i would ever be happy to see another human being die. bin laden was truly evil. I am tired of hearing people say he should have been warned. did he warn the more than 3,000 people that lost their lives. they had no chance. he was free for almost 10 years. good riddance.
i think it is good osama is dead because we want have to suffer any more of his attacks
the reason im glad is because we suffered so much of his attacks some of our families have been lost
I think that bin ladan photo should be realeased from the goverment because they should give up more proof than just results. I mean they could very well just say they are bin ladans and they could be anyone elses. Also don't you think that people under bin ladan could come after thee U.S. for killing thereman leader. What if theres another nine eleven think about it
I don't think they should because it think it wold make people in Pakistan angry and want to retaliate. Other than that i would agree that they should release the pictures.
I am glad that he is finnally dead the american people are moving one step closer to stamping out terrorism I lost my uncle to 9/11 and now I know he is at rest.
I find it odd that we are "celebrating" a death of a person. To me, it's more important that Bin Laden, who was an idol for Al Qaeda, is no longer able to make decisions for the group and inflict more pain upon those who uphold peace.
I feel like there aren’t and won’t be near as many worries now. It’s sad how it had to go down, but they didn’t have any other choice. He wouldn’t allow them to catch him so what had to be done was done.
I feel that yes, removing Bin Laden from society makes the world safer, but at the same time I don't think killing him was the best plan. I think it would have been more beneficial if we would have imprisoned Bin Laden; killing him just makes our society look inhumane and now his people have even more reason to attack us.
he is finally dead i was so happy when he dead
im really sorry for is death and he was the leader of his group
I am sad and kinda happy because someone died you don't have to celebrate someone's death and i an kinda happy because he did a lot of bad stuff and if he was alive he would killed people
I am really happy he died. He killed over 3000 people. That's a lot of people. I wish he didn't killed that many people. He is just like Hitler from World War 2.
I think that the death of Bin Laden is a great achievement that Obama and America has overcome. I think this will make America and other places a lot safer from terrorist attacks. What worries me though is that the death of Bin Laden may cause some terrorist that have become angry with Americas actions to rise up and attack.
I am happy about his death because he killed people here.
Personally I wouldn't celebrate his death because, he was bad but if somebody celebrated my death I wouldn't like that at all. However I'm glad we won't have to deal with his attacks, it is possible for the people he was a team with to get revenge on the U.S. I hope the U.S. is ready for them if they do.
I don' t think you should be happy because here' s an example......if it was you who died would you be happy if they celebrated..i don' t think so.I understand he killed people and that was wrong and i just think you should be that happy..........i' m happy and sad and that' s how everyone should feel
I'm glad osama is dead in all but I think people need a second chance
I'm not saying I'm on obamas side but thats how god would want it,he would want peace.
I am happy, but I don't feel like celebrating he's death. It just feels wrong to celebrate a death like that. So image if you were him, people cheering for your death.
i think it fells good becaues he deserves it but i am scarde he mit get us back .
I think that it was good that bin laden died
I'm glad osama is dead.
its about time that he was found. now that he is dead we dont have to worry about many different things.
I think that it is good, a good thing for the United States. Justice has been well served to the man responsible for the deaths of so many. I also think that the people going out and partying or excessively celebrating his death are not right. Yes, it's a good thing for the United States but there’s no reason to throw a party. Just because he's gone doesn't mean the terrorists are done, if anything this will make them more mad and violent. I think it’s good that justice was served, but gloating and partying, that’s just ridiculous.
i am glad that bin laden is dead he cause alot of people to died and let alot of families without dads or mom
I say that as long as Osama Bin Laden is resting in the underworld I feel safe. But for how long? I give thanks to the SEALs and you should be thankful to about the SEAL opritives. And thank god for giving birth to these american heroes. THANK U GOD :)!!!
I'm glad he's dead it might make it better or it could just make it worst. They could have put him in some kind of secret jail or something I don't won't it to go worst my dad is in Afghanstien I won't better!!!
When my favorite show was about to end,the special report about bin laden came and inturupted my show,my mom sprang up in cheers and she had to explain it to me and my aunt at least a few times and all of sudden i was happy too. Until I realized that the whole country was happy but I know that most people isn't.
I now that bin is dead but if u keep doing this they might follow his foot steps try to do what he did.
I think its Amazing. We've got one down [Bin Laden] and one to go [Gadhafi]. We are all proud to be Americans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
i was so exited and my mom made it a holiday in our family
I think that we should have Captured him instead of killed him, Killing him makes the AlQaeda more mad at the U.S troops. It is good that he in finally gone, all the Loved ones who have fallen in this race to get Osama can finally have a lot of weight lifted off their shoulders.
I think that it is a good thing that he is dead I mean who knows what could happen if he was still alive. He could probably plan to do another attack like he did on 9/11.
i think it wont work because if i went to one of those schools i would be so confused on where to go and i would just not like it... i hate confusing things
i am really happy that he is dead because no my future looks bright and now america can finnally relax and not worry about him attacking the us any more but what suprised me the most is that our forces killed him i never thought this day would come
I think this is half good and half bad. The good news is that we have founded the one who caused all this mess. The bad news is that what if one of the al– Qaida members might strike back for even more trouble. I just hope that our country is safe.
Well, at first, I didn't really beleive it, becuase it was such a shock, but after a while, i began to rejoice. It might be wrong to sheer on someone's death, but at least he's gone.
I'm glad Osama Bin Laden is dead but that does not help the U.S. survive the terriost attacks and does not bring back the thousands of people who died in 9/11.
Me and my whole class is happy that bin laden is dead just think of how many people he killed he is just a horrible man we're just glad that he is dead!
one life was taken thousands were lost
It's good that Bin Laden was killed but, it's not the end of terrorism.
I dont see why the pics should be released. Having the President say that he died is enough!
Well first of all i dint really know who he was, because i didnt really pay attention to that, but when the twin towers were attacked i was in shock. I think i was in kindergarden back then, anyway i was surpised but i didnt really know what was going on, so i just flipped the channel. The next couple of years i realized that that was some serious stuff that happened on 9/11. Well once i found out that Osama Bin Laden was the mastermind behind all of this i wa kind of scared because who knows what hes planning next. So i guess im pretty happy that hes dead. His followers probably wont be able to do anything without him, so its a good thing hes dead. Its not fair that he killed our innocent people so he should be dead.
I am very happy, but I could not bring myself to celebrate, even after all he did. He was bad, but I couldn't celebrate someone's death.
Im really glad that he is dead, seems how i know how he was the reason for so many lost lives, torn apart families, missing smiles, and such, i just hope that al Queda will not try to create another 9/11 in revenge.
It is a good thing that Bin Laden is dead but also a bad thing. Now we don't have to worry about anymore terrorist attacks. The bad part is the death of Bin Laden might anger his allies. A lot of people think it is a good thing that Bin Laden is dead, but is it?
I think Osamas death might not be real.Well why would they just dunp his body in the ocean. They should send pictures so that we know Osamas is dead.
i am kinda happy he is dead so that there wont be anymore wars or anything there should just be piece :)<3
I can rejoice that the world is no longer threteaned by him but as a Christian I can not rejoice that he is dead
I'm glad for the people who had lost thier families. But I believe it's wrong to celebrate someone's death, especially someone who got shoot in front of his twelve years old daughter. I know he was a terrible terrorist, but his death doesn't mean that the world including United States is going to be safer.
i dont think osama bin ladens death was not that great honestly yes he killed all those people but in your bible it says its wrong to kill people and does that mean you hate your bible
Im very suprised we found him i thought we would never find him its been about ten years sence 9/11 i was in third grade i remember coming home from school and seeing it all over the news
We should never rejoice someone's death, no matter who it is. I have to say though that it is pretty relieving, and just because Bin Laden died it doesn't mean that terrorism. Also you have to give props to President Obama for this, he did a great job!
Usama Bin Laden was the mastermind of many attacks. Including the killing of American Embassy's, and 9/11. The Al Qaeda will not be much of a threat . . . temporarily. Al Qaeda has formed its roots in our own country now and we are home to home-grown terrorists. I don't believe that the pictures should be released. The Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations will turn the picture into banners in anti-government protests. It will also be used as propaganda for recruiting new members.
Think about it. It is the wiser choice not to release it.
He had the right to get shot. He was a coward, hiding in that mansion, and hundreds of people would still be alive if it weren't for him.
As an American, I am proud of this victory. As a Christian, I am sad that his life turned out like it did. Think about his family. He was a brother, son, dad, husband, and much more. We all have a bad nut in the family. I can't imagine turning on my television and seeing a family member's death being celebrated, no matter how terrible he was. I hope this brings peace to the victims of the 9/11 attacks and to the nation as a whole. God bless America!
I think they should show the pictures of bin laden because the presidents people America's people want proof of the most evil man in histories death they should give it. also it will give great closure to those who lost loved ones lives in the 911 attack. god bless America
I'm happy that they had killed bin laden because he is a very bad man and over the past week I thought that if he wasn't killed there would be a war again.I think this is a way to get things wright in the USA. and when the news comes on, I hear every detail!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think that it is better to show us his picture because it gives me confidence he is dead. Even though it might be offensive to his family and stuff it isn't their right to say we can't show this picture. it also might be a bad idea because the people might get mad and kill our leader! No matter what it is better to show the picture. what if that was bin laden, but a person in a costume. i was small when it happen, but i can tell he was a tricky man. So show us the picture unless they no he is dead and they just want to stop worrying us. maybe they made a deal to stop attacking untill some kind of date.
well i think....wait i don't think i know in my heart you should release the pictures and videos for people to see i have over a million people on face book and my tweet fans saying you should please......and people should be happy that he died because HELLO he kill over a million people and he didn't feel a slight gilt + he keeps killing people and if he didn't die he would of came after America BUT i do have a heart i feel bad that he died...i mean imagine if that was your mother and she was just like bin and she died would you feel excited...? NO so don't say YAY the killer is dead cause it's not nice and you might get in a big trouble...so yeah um congrats in your head okeyt
i think that death is a horrid thing but, in this situation the man behind all of the terriost attacks is finally gone!!!! he was a very bad man. i think that death is a very bad thing but if the person deserved it...then their in trouble. i didn't know who he was but when the twin towers were attacked i was so upset. glady, no-one who i knew was badly wounded or even were killed. the bad thing is that many innocent people were killed in 911. they probably didn't deserve to die. i'm kinda happy and kinda sad.happy because the U.S. doesn't have to worry about Osama Bin Laden leading terriost attacks any more. and sad because the terriost attacks wont stop here.
I think that people shouldn't celebrate over someone's death, yea he was a evil person but in god's eyes it's still evil to have a party over somebody dieing! I personally don't like him either but i still wish he would've came to his senses before this could happen.
yes, this man killed many people....but i dont see the reasoning saying that justice was served,,,all i see is that the U.S. can really hold a grudge....and to me, its wrong to celebrate ANYONE'S death... a person is a person...no matter how sick,
this doesnt bring the 9/11 victims back....justice can never be served for what he has caused....but overall we got stronger....and just like we always do....we found a way to win. Go U.S.A 🙂
i don't think that he was a good person at all but it is sort of strange that we are celebrating and cheering because someone died. that just doesn't seem right to me.
Thank u all military members for fighting for out country and saving our generations to come.
he was a bad man and killing is very bad and we should have peace
I think that Bin Laden's body should be shown on tv so we know hes dead...Because the tv and the government is not always true
i think that his death was good be it is not right to celebrate about it because that gets shown on tv and the other countries may get mad and retaliate.
Because of him, many innocent people was killed.I just wish that terrible day would not have happened.
i was over joyed when i herd about it.he finaly got a taste of his own medicene. I just still wonder why he did it tho.
when i herd about it i was breathless.Maybe there will be a better chance of world peace
I think he diserves it for herming innocent people in 9/11.
I think Osama Bin Laden should be dead because he has been going at this for years since the 80's, so he's been causing a lot of grief for America. He was the mastermind of 9/11. He has also been hiding from us, so he's been doing it basically secretly. So his evil doings have caught up to him. He's very bad.
Im happy bin laden is dead. He is the worst man in the world. Im proud to be a american and im very happy the navy seals killed bin laden and they didnt get hurt. I think obama was brave to plan to kill bin laden. Its good the U.S seals killed bin laden because he was the master mined behind the 9/11 attack on the world trade center bulidings. This is a good thing for the U.S! U.S.A!!!!
I am very happy that he died and I think he deserved it. He killed many people on 9-11 and that cost the life's of many people who had families. I am still worried though that al- Qaida will plan a terroist attack against America and many other countries because of Osama Bin Laden's death.
the first thing my mom said to me that morning is "Bin Laden was killed yesterday"
trenton
I think Osama is a evil man tht needs to be dead. Thanks to all in the milatary tht help us.
I don't understand why everyone is so happy that a person is dead. I mean, I know that Bin Laden was a terible person, and I'm glad that he's not leading Al Queda anymore, but you shouldn't be glad that he's dead. The idea sounds wrong to me.
Im glad he's dead he bombed where I was born. I was born in Kenya. He killed a lot of people that day. The sad thing was that my dad said" He bombed a building and the building that was beside it was a building that my grandma was working in the building beside it, so they had to get out of the building really quick. So Im glad he's dead. O:)
Thank god he is gone, but now because he is dead, NSA, TSA, FBI, CIA, and other government organizations need to be on the look out for a terrorist attack. We are at war with them, a crusade (sort of), and there is no known command in al-quida. All top officers are dead, so now we should expect individual suicide attacks. "Justace has been done", said Obama, and it has been done, but now the 25 million+ dollar reward goes to who? Also, April 30th 1945, Adolf Hittler commits suicide, and May 1st 2011, bin Laden is shot. Counicidence? Yes.
To be honest, I think it's pretty sad when people are cheering for the killing of ONE man. His death isn't going to bring back all of those lost loved ones who died on 9/11, all the soldiers who died in the War in Iraq, or give back the time to all the mothers, fathers, children, and siblings that are serving over there in Iraq and Afghanistan. I feel for their loss, I really do. And I wish this war and 9/11 never happened. Yet it did.
Osama Bin Laden was ONE man, who did a terribly thing. But there are more like him, and they're still out there. So I don't see how anyone can feel safe, just yet. /:
I am relieved that a threat to our country is gone. With this news Bin Laden's minions our his organization's spirit might lower a bit to see that how we can do this and that. Also show our true spirit of justice on them, so they'll fear us a little, and they now need new leader. So with at this time they don't have any leader we could strike fear into their hearts. Isn't that a good strategy!?
i think i ways osamas death was a good thing but i dont understand why people are shunning other people because they are celebrating osamas death you no what stuff happens he died get over it i think that the people in america should just relize yeh he died it was a good thing because with out osama benladen al-qita will probly have a lot harder time since thier leader just died thinkl about it every terrorist in that group is gona be scrambeling for power well in that proses they might start killing eachother off.
I think that the death of Osama bin Laden is a very significant event, but it does not mark the end of terrorism. His ideas still live in other minds, and those people are bound to lead a revenge attack on the U.S. Also, I don't believe that the death of anyone, even bin Laden, should be celebrated. I was disgusted when I heard how people were rejoicing.
However, he did kill thousands of people on the 9/11 attack, so as Obama said, Justice has been served.
I'm happy that he's die but that kind of rood that they want to do stuff to him when he's die what if that you. you wouldn't wont people to do that to you
he may be dead but sombody may take his place
i'm glad bin laden is dead because he killed millions on 9 11
I was very happy. He killed thousands of people. Not only in America, but in other countrys too.It took about 10 years, now we finaly got him.
Pff.
Seriously, when I heard he was dead, I was happy!!
But now that I think about it, it's sorta sad.
He had a family...but...he was a terrorist, and the worst of United States soil.
So, pretty much, I'm glad and...not so glad. 😛
I am glad he is finally off this Earth becasue it is a good closer for the poeple that had family on the 9/11 planes, or in the twin towers. But most people have said it is now over and we wont have nay more attacks, but we might and we might not, it isnt over yet its only the end of one section.
i think that Bin Ladens death is way over due, but im just glad that the seals finally tracked him down and killed him, he was responsiable for very many deaths and depressing to other families. he is a terrible person.
I think it's a good thing that he was killed because he had killed many of loved ones.
I am not glad he is dead, but am glad he will not be able to harm anyone else ever again.
I was very surprised to know that fact!! I couldn't believe that Osama Bin Laden died. I am little bit happy, but sad too. He was a bad person, but should we really kill him??
Wow, I did not know that osama had blown up twin towers before nor he exsisted.
But they should also show the pictures at least. People feel more secure that way knowing he's dead.
I know every one feels relief but osama is just one terrorist less in the world. There are still many that would just do worse then osama.
I think that for terrorists around the world this has only made them angrier and more often terrorizing
I'm am over joyed he die but I don't think the The US is going to get more peace. Other terrorists are mad and will attack.
Im glad that Osama bin Laden was kiled because he haw been a wanted terrorist for over 15 years and has caused the deaths of thousands of people. I think that government should release the photos to the public fr anybody who wants to see can look.
There is a saying that end is another start. I think Osama bin Laden's death is not the end. In fact, it is the another start. This may cause a lot of terror and it will cause a lot of blood.
I am really happy that he has died. he has killed many people and has life changing events. 9/11 was devastating and it was basically all his falt. I hope that no one else takes his spot cause that would be terrible.
I was really shocked to hear about Bin Laden's death. It was hard to believe that he was dead.
I don't think he should have died nessisarily but he should have been put in isolation for a good long time and that he should get to see pictures of all the people he hurt. He was a murderer and a life stealer, the people of the united states will always have scars from what he did on 9-11 and every thing shortly after. What he has done to this country will never be forgotten or mabe even forgiven becausewhat he did was uncalled for and the lives that were taken will live forever in our hearts, We will never forget the terror or the horror he caused so many people around the country.
I think it is great, he gets what he deserves...but i think we should not be celebrating a death, it feels wrong.
i am very happy that he is killed i think that he deserved it and another thing cutting off the head of the snake DOES kill it
Hi i am happy he died. It takes a lot of pressure off of my shoulders. But that doesn't mean the fight is over. 9-11 is still in our hearts.
To me, I am glad that Osama bin Laden is dead. he was responsible for the worst attack on US soil. Thank you SEALs for bringing this man to justice. What I don't like about this is the president decided to NOT release photos as proof that he is dead. I watched a video on msn.com about the president talking about Osama's death, and it frustrated me. Thank you again SEALs for bringing this man to justice.
He Didnt Deserve To Live.
