Here's one of the things I'm looking at as the new school year gets going: a study about what time the morning bell rings - and how that affects YOU. Students at a school in Rhode Island said they got more sleep and felt better when their school's start time was shifted 30 minutes later - so school started at 8:30 a.m. instead of 8:00.
Now the study left a lot of questions unanswered, but we'd love to hear your opinion: Would you get more sleep if school started 30 minutes later? How about an hour later? And what would be your IDEAL start time for an 8-hour school day?
