Taking out the Toys

Who should be responsible for choosing what kids eat?
That's how one California county believes it can help fight childhood obesity:  by making it illegal to include toys with some higher-calorie, fast-food kids' meals.  Supporters of the new rule feel this will discourage kids from wanting the meals; critics feel it's the parents' job to make sure their kids eat healthily.  How do you feel about this?  And who do you think should choose what kids eat?
