Last night, when the U.S. House of Representatives approved the Senate's health reform bill, President Obama's top priority for the country was headed to his desk to become law.  (He's scheduled to sign it on Tuesday.)

There's still a package of changes to the deal that may or may not pass the Senate.  But what is certain is that an $875 billion overhaul of the nation's health care system - something that is said to impact every American - will take effect.
