Speaking Out or Keeping Quiet?

On our second broadcast of the new year, you see CNN's Tony Harris interview a group of high school students.  He asks them why people are sometimes reluctant to tell on others, even if a serious crime is being committed.  The quote that stood out the most to me was from the student who said, "I'm not going to help a person if I know that I'm going to be at risk to do it."

Would you keep quiet if it meant avoiding any risk to you, or would you report something you knew was wrong, regardless of whether speaking out was risky?
