First up, happy New Year!  I hope you all had a GREAT holiday break, getting lots of time with your families and avoiding the cold that I caught right after Christmas.

Now,  let's get down to business.  In Monday's show, you hear about strife in the Middle East, controversy involving two U.S. governors, and some high school students' opinions on where the economy is going.  One student says it's going to get worse before it gets better; another says that although he recently turned 16, he's more likely to get a skateboard than a car.

With all of this going on, what news stories are you most interested in this New Year?  Are you expecting a bumpy ride, or will everything be fine in '09?
