“You Go, Girl!”

Ugh – just typing it makes me cringe.  Our writer, Jordan Bienstock, once asked me if there was anything I didn't ever want to say on air.  The phrase, "You go, girl" was the only thing that came to mind.  It's got enough cheese to fill Wisconsin.

So, to have a little fun after Wednesday's "Before We Go" segment, Mr. Bienstock thought it'd be humorous to write that very phrase for me to read.

I got my revenge just before saying goodbye.

    Hello Mr. Azuz, It is Chelsea again from Ms. Emmert's class. I was thinking about your You Go Girl segment, but it doesn't sound like something you would say so I completely agree with you cause it will be embarrasing,but it just might attract more CNN student news viewers. Well that's all I can say I have to go Bye.

    I saw that before we go update and your right that catch frase is chessey! Carl, I think all the Before We Go updates are funny even the one yesterday about the football in the boat colored like spongebob squarepants ! Well I'm out of time. Seeya.
