Ten months after a drum major died following an apparent hazing incident, there's a new rule at Florida A&M University: If you want to attend classes there, you have to sign a pledge saying you won't participate in any hazing activities whatsoever - either on or off campus.
The rule takes effect next spring, with the goal of stopping hazing at FAMU. The question is, will it work? (And if you think it won't, do you think anything will stop hazing?)
