I'm not sure how to feel about him. I could care less about football or any other sport. Sure he paid his dues, but those dogs are the ones he needs to be apologizing to. Dogs who are only trained to fight have to go through therapy before they can rejoin reality again. Some dogs are trained to fight from the day they are born. It's the only thing they know. A dog's life shouldn't be like that. They deserve a life where they have everything they need and someone who loves them. I don't believe that everyone deserves a second chance, I know those dogs do. They did nothing wrong. They were innocent and defenseless. We need to think about both sides of the story. Not just the side of the celebrity.

I strongly disagree that he should come bak to NFL because he commit a crime and it is shocking for this famous person. He might return with his crime again, who knows?

I personally think he should be allowed to play again in pro football because he has served his time for his crime. His crime was bad... i guess but like it didn't hurt any humans... like ya, it hurt dogs which are 'mans best friend' ya dogs always help us but, everyone messes up. He has paid his time by going to jail for like two years and honestly everyone wants him back in the NFL cause he was good. There are a few teams that could use a star like him. He also did apologize and like they should just watch him closely then make sure he doesn't slip up or anything. Its not even like Vick is the only player who broke the law other football players broke the law and were allowed to play in the NFL example Ray Lewis. He's worked, went to jail, and paid fines..... Michael Vick deserves a second chance. (:

Mike deffinately did something horrible and in return was punished. But does being punished for ones actions really make them a better person, or a more disciplined person, especially after such a crime? I think that it does not. This man should not be allowed back into the NFL no matter how sorry he is. This was a crime, disciplinary actions should carry over to all aspects of this mans life.

I do not think that Michael Vick should be allowed to play in the NFL again, there are much better deserving people who are just as good as he used to be. Even though he was a great athlete the NFL doesn't need the drama of having someone who used to dog fight because that message will be sent out to younger kids. I think he would have to do some sort of public speaking and have to kiss up to the public until his respect level goes back up even a little bit. Plus even if he did when he played the Pittsburgh Steelers he would have wished that he had never started playing again.

Personally I don't think he should be allowed to play anymore. One reason is that if he is out there on that field every sunday than you know some kid is going to be looking up to him as a role model. And well in my perspective he is not a very good role model. Yes he was a good quarterback but he committed a crime and it may not seem serious but dogs have feelings to and they probably don't like beating up on their own kind. So I dont think someone like Michael Vick should be allowed back in the NFL just because he was once a good QB.

i think that Michael Vick SHOULD NOT go back to the NFL i think his sorry is weak it does not prove that he might do dog fight again it was very sad that how many pitbulls was killed during the fights. He is a very sad man and plus he is not that good at being QB!
