No Cussing Club

Could you completely stop cussing?

Cursing, swearing, cussing, language:  Not everyone uses the same word to describe it, but everyone knows somebody - or is somebody - who does it.  So I think McKay Hatch is pretty gutsy.

Look at it this way:  Could you swear off ALL swear words, and then start a club to stick with it?  Sure, some friends would agree with you.  But can you imagine the reactions of those who wouldn't?  You'd probably get cussed out every day by someone at your school.

So whether or not you agree with Hatch, you've got to admire him for doing something that some would find pretty unpopular, even if many admired it.  Tell us whether you could join the No Cussing Club.

Hey Carl! Do you remember that big group of kids that waved to you in the cnn center in atlanta? well, that was our class and we were so excited to see you! If you wouldn't mind giving a little shoutout to BA.....
    Thanks!!

I wouldn't join because one of the basic rights is freedom of speech, and even people that are against cursing, have their moments (or at least slips) especially if they get hurt suddenly.

I admire Hatch greatly for trying to get people to stop swearing. It's a nasty habit that some people find hard to break. I'm joining the NCC (No Cussing Club), even though I hardly swear anyway.

I think its a great idea I get so angry when I hear people swear

I could find it very easy to not curse. I feel as though I should not curse, because of my religious beliefs. Also, I grew up in a home where nobody curses. I think that cursing has much to do with if you grow up with cursing. I also do not like to offend people, and curse words are offensive. I do not curse, so I would most definitely join this no cursing club.

I could join the No Cussing Club. I already don’t cuss, so I could stop it and continue to stop doing it. Why do people cuss anyways? I don’t get the point of it. What are they trying to accomplish in their life? I just people would just stop tralking like that. I mean at least every other word is not a good one out of their mouth.

Im sorry but i could not stop cussing if there was a rule it would probable just slip out in a conversation.

I don't think that everyone is going to stop swearing, but i bet some people could stop!

i think cursing is very bad

I think that a club about that seems pretty silly. I mean seriously, you'll hear the words in life no matter what, suck it up. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but really, you don't have to use the words, but there's no way to avoid them

    March 3, 2009 at 11:24 pm |

Stopping swearing would be hard to do, but joining a club like that would be fun. Expecially making up different words to use!

I could join this club and it wouldn't be a problem. I am a college student and in highschool I used to see improper language being used by the teens because they wanted to get all the attention and they wanted to be fitted in the group. Some of them did because of peer pressure. I am with hatch and would like to tell him to keep it up the good work and organization. Right now he has started the organization, I wish he would go meet President Obama and have congress pass a law on this. I believe not cussing helps in a way to let crime go away. In around the world we have lots to explore together rather then use cussing words. You are the best Carl Azuz and best of luck to Hatch and Carl Azuz.

I do agree with Hatch because if I hear cuss words, I don't feel to good. I wish that I could make my own club like him and be famous around the World. I would support his ideas and I want to join the No cussing club. (Unless my friends think I am weird...)

Excellent "No Cussing" idea for an very young idealist. Let's hope his efforts and that of his peers filter to the adults in our society. I'm going to purchase one of their T-shirts and wear it proudly to my gym!

No cussing club? Go pull a hand-full of kids out of a public school and they will show you how to make straight F's if it was a school...

I'm pretty sure I could stop.... I think.

i don't think cussing is such an issue but too much cussing can be a problem but i don't think we need to ban cussing but the occasional cussing is alright at times as long no one else here you.

I think that the no Cussing Club is a good Idea. I really want to know if my school has it. I can't wait unit my state gets it

I think it's a good idea, I hardly curse anyway...and they're right, you CAN get your point across without cursing, you just need strong words and constructive reasonings... And as for people who'd curse YOU out, I have one thing to say: There's critics for EVERYTHING, just deal with it! (And ss I writer I should KNOW about critics...)

hey this idea is great and it really puts pressure on me whenever i get angry at people. Its great selfcontrol and I challenge everyone as he did on the video. good luck to you all

    March 4, 2009 at 7:39 am |
  22. thomas

banning cussing can show selfcontrol and it really shows to yourself how much you can handle before you outburst. its really fun and tell all your friends.

I think the No Cussing Club is ag grat idea.
I still can't believe that twenty thousand people know of it.
If I ever tried to staart a clug llike that mine wouldn't go farter than my friends and family.

I don't know if you mean FOREVER but I bet people could do it for one day and stuff. I don't think that you need to cuss but people do it anyways and I think they could stop if they wanted to.

There is no way I could stop not that I swear allot.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:02 am |
  28. Erin

I could! But it is hard at school because every one swears. And it is a temptation to do it. But i have only swore a couple of times and that is it. This will be a good challenge at school!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:02 am |
  29. Ellie

I think that it is a good idea to make that club.

    🙂

I think no cussing week is prob good because it will stop kids from getting addicting to swearing i guess Yeah!!!!

  32. Courtney

I think that it was really cool of this one small town kid to go off and form this no cussing club. It's amazing how one person can make a big difference. But I don't think that someone could go their whole life without cussing, unless they were like super religious. At least he is trying to make a difference in the world.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:02 am |
  33. Rachel

    Nope. I couldn't.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:02 am |

I think it doesn't hurt any1 if u swear or not. personally i swear all the time

    March 4, 2009 at 8:03 am |
  35. Hannah

I think that swearing is not a good thing. most peeple only swear to be cool. you don't need to cuss on a regular basis, but if your like really mad at something then i guess thats not a big deal because people could understand why you would swear and they wouldn't get mad but if you swear for no reason that is stupid.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:04 am |

Every cuss that is spoken, a tear is shed. Please. For the sake of young children lets use kind words.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:06 am |
  39. Addie And Melanie

Here is a little poem we made so stop cussing!
You can adjust, so you wont cuss. Come on, lets get along, we can all be strong. If you care don't swear, always be very fair. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell him tell her, and soon this message will spread around the world.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:09 am |
  40. hunter

i totally think i could. Cuz i mean my friends swear sometimes in school and they don't get in trouble. But they are abusing it and they could get to cocky and they'll probably get into trouble soon.

  41. Slay's 1st period class

WE THINK THAT IT IS A GOOD IDEA BECAUSE IT ENCOURAGES OTHERS TO STOP CUSSING. IT SHOWS THE YOUNGER CHILDREN THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO CURSE TO BE COOL. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA BECAUSE IT COULD HELP TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF VIOLENCE AND CRIME IN THE WORLD.

When you cuss, you should get a mouthfull of soap!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:41 am |

Sadly, I hear it all the time.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:42 am |

I think that this club is a great idea. There are way too many kids in the country who are falling under the bad influences.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:43 am |
  45. Bill

People have the right to join that club.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:44 am |
  46. caleb

cussing is a very bad thing. i think that if you cuss it will lead to bad things. if you are at school and you have a no cussing club i would go with it. 🙂

    March 4, 2009 at 8:44 am |
  47. Adam

I think that cussing can lead to drugs and violence because cussing is violence. If you get used to cussing you could feel that violence is right!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:44 am |
  48. Sam

I think it's noble what you're trying to do, but in certain situations you might need to use "bad" words in order to get your point across.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:45 am |
  49. Holly

okay; i think this shouldn't be advertised since we have a freedom of speech and a lot of people express anger or use these words to express the seriousness of whatever they're talking about.
    bye.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:45 am |
  50. john

I personally would not be able to stop cussing. Cussing is something have all ways done and won't be able to stop just like that. Yeah, there is people that can stop just like that but to me cussing is a sentence inhancer.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:46 am |
  51. Kristina

i think the no cussing club is a great idea us kids to day do cuss way to much i mean myself i cuss sometimes but not most the time i think if we stop cussing we can more power to what we say with our words then us saying something very important with cuss words in it. so we should get alot smarter and not use cuss words to make our words stand out more

    March 4, 2009 at 8:46 am |
  52. Alecia.

I think that having this club will help some kids in some schools, and maybe help kids focus more on school instead of having to try to be cool.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:47 am |
  53. Dale

I think i could stop cussing, not to mention I hear it all of the time, but if you do it a lot you could see yourself knowhere in your life. Everytime you hear it you probably think it's ok to do it even though it's not

    March 4, 2009 at 8:47 am |
  54. Garrett

I think this is a good idea. Cussing is bad.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:47 am |
  55. Sarah

I think that it was a good idea for the kid to start the club because it is having an effect on all the kids in the school and it is spreading around. The no cussing club is a great thing because it will help the kids later in life.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:47 am |
  56. Cam

Cursing will always be around because some of us swear without trying to. Also, we're not going to stop because someone tells us to

    March 4, 2009 at 8:47 am |
  57. Kaylee

I think this is great what these kid are trying to do. It is good that they are taking a stand and standing up for what they believe in. It is also amazing to me that they are keepsing up with this even though they are probably getting made fun of at school and are even recieving death threats. Personally, I don't know if I could stop swearing all together. It would be very hard for me, so I the kids that have more credit for what they are doing.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:48 am |
  58. Cam

I don't think people can stop swearing completely but if we could cut down it, then we might be able to help our children and our children's children

    March 4, 2009 at 8:49 am |

i didn't know cussing was a an issu

    March 4, 2009 at 8:50 am |
  60. johnathan

I think cussing isn't good to do because cussing can get you into trubble or make a bad situation worse and maybe lose a good friend.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:52 am |
  61. Cam

We should all admire Hatch but no swearing ever is just to big of a goal to be accomplished

    March 4, 2009 at 8:52 am |
  62. Holy

If i ever cuss I think God ever wont forgive me for saying those words. To me Cussing is NOT OK! If I still hear Cussing I'll tell them to stop

    March 4, 2009 at 8:54 am |
  63. Michael

I could stop cussing if I really wanted to. But why would I? They are just words and can mean whatever you want them to. I don't go around cussing towards adults or teachers but I am completely comfortable with the words and I beleive i have a right to use those words. The article talks about cussing as a sign of giving in or being cool. Personally, I don't see them as that. I see them as a choice in words that are alright in small amounts and only when it fits in the sentence you are using.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:55 am |
  64. Damonte

If people stop cursing it'd make them smoke and drink cause of stress.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:55 am |
  65. Ashley

I believe that the no cussing club was a good idea. People and especially kids, need to realize that cussing, swearing, or whatever you want to call it, isn't going to get you anywhere in life. It makes them feel stronger, when they're really the weak ones.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:57 am |
  66. Sebastian

hey i think that words like this should not have been invented ever

    March 4, 2009 at 8:58 am |
  67. Morgan

I think cussing is for people who are just trying to look cool or to as some people say fit in i think it is used with teens so much because they get it from adults at an early age. they just get used to it but that still does'nt meen they have to do it around kids i mean it is just influencing them to be as my dad would put it "pody mouths" he calls my sister and brother that all the time but since they do it so often i am afraid it will rub off on me. I used to cuss in the beginning of the year but i did it out of school and away from home i think if my parents knew i cussed they would feel they did not do part of their job in keeping my mouth clean also i think they would be very disopionted in me for disobaying their rules but when i started to cuss it was because my sister and brother did it around me so often i used to think it was ok but know i no it is deffinetly wrong.thanks for listening bye.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:58 am |

I dont think cussing is right because it influences children to start cussing like their family or friends!!

    March 4, 2009 at 9:00 am |

I already don't swear, but I would join the No Cussing Club.

I don't think I could do it. I been cussing for so long now that sometimes those words judt slip out.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:06 am |
  71. Adam

I would definitely join the No Cussing Club. About half of my school cusses daily (but I'm not one of them), and it really disturbs me. Before I saw today's show, I didn't know there was such a thing as the No Cussing Club. Thanks for putting the NCC on CNN!

    March 4, 2009 at 9:09 am |
  72. Andrew

I think this is a great idea of how to stop cussing, and verbal abuse. I believe I could stop cussing, but only if no one cusses at me first.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:12 am |
  73. Brittany

I Think That people who don't swear are a good example for those who do. I cuss a great amount of the time, but I wish I didn't. I Think that with a little work, Everyone that Is Willing To Can Stop Cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:16 am |
  74. Mr. Giljum

Cussing is nothing but a sign of a weak vocabulary. Those who can't express themselves with appropriate language fall back to words without specific or precise definitions.

Cussing is not a good thing to do because if you do it you are a loser.

Cussing is demonstration of a person's weak vocabulary. Many people do cuss, but I think it is a good thing to try to stop.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:27 am |
  78. Raven

People who curse have bad vocabulary, and people who give death threats over this issue are scared themselves to accept the challenge.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:28 am |

I think the no cursing club is good because it can inspire other kids to improve their manners and their vocabulary.

i think he is doing a great job of spreading the news of not swearing. alot of younger people swear to much because they hear it from their parents so they think its ok... keep up the great work

    March 4, 2009 at 10:05 am |
  84. chris

I think that the student are doing a great job of trying to get people to stop cussing. To many kids young kids are swearing cause they want to feel cool.

    March 4, 2009 at 10:05 am |
  85. pocahontas

I think that this is an amazing feat. I think this is the best thing thats ever happened. It could change the world and make it much better place to live in.

    p.s. Carl Azuz YOU ROCK!

    March 4, 2009 at 10:07 am |
  86. Eric

Well, cussing is a bad habit to get into. Cussing is a lot like smoking, once you start you can't stop. But if I had other people to back me up on my decision, I could do it. It would take a lot of hard work but I would do it just to start a trend of no cussing and I think that a lot of kids in my grade, including my best friends, would need to take on this trend too.

    March 4, 2009 at 10:10 am |
  87. Robert

There are other ways to get your point out to people without swearing...I think it is a great program and makes a lot of sense. I think I would be able to join the club and not swear for a while.

    March 4, 2009 at 10:17 am |
  88. Mrs. Fleischer class

Cussing is a hard habit to break. It is like the new smoking. We don't think it is horrible to slip up every now and then. It is totally wrong to cuss every other word. Come on that is just not AMAZING!

    March 4, 2009 at 10:30 am |
  89. Angela

I think it doesn't matter whether or not you could stop cussing. They're just words! Are they killing people? No. Are the causing starvation? No. So what's the big deal?

    March 4, 2009 at 10:34 am |
  90. mandee

i think what we should follow what this club is about and maybe there be a change in our world today and for our generation today as well

    March 4, 2009 at 10:39 am |
  91. Jack

Some times it is hard to stop cussing but if i had some motivation i could do it. I do not see the point of cussing. I mean why are the words so bad. They are just sounds that come out of your mouth. They should not be bad.

    March 4, 2009 at 10:47 am |

i think everyone should be able to stop cussing, cuss words are not needed in your everyday speech, they are pointless....meaningless and everyone could stop just some people dont want to to........

    March 4, 2009 at 11:21 am |
  96. Casey

i could definteley stop cussing because i dont cuss anyway. Cussing is not needed in your everyday speech. Instead of cussing dont say anything or maybe like make up some stupid word.
Pretend you drop your book on your foot, instead of cussing, say "cheeseburger or crackers or fudge" it will help you stop and probaley make you laugh in pain

Carl I have already failed the no cussing week. But I promise I wont for the rest of the week. Plus I think that the no cussing club is a great idea.

  101. Karen

I think that everything McKay Hatch said is true, and that you can get your point across without using language, but it can also depend on your situation. Your lifestyle, where you live, or your friends can influence your decision to swear, or not swear.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:36 am |

I think that is a good idea but i don't think it is not that realistic and that i you do cuss you should do it in moderation.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:36 am |
  103. Anabel

I think I could join the No Cussing Club because I don't really swear so it would be easy to stop.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:36 am |
  104. Matt

I think it is wonderful that there is a no cussing club, I would definitely join. I have never cussed and I do not plan to, so with McKay getting the word out really helps get a clear message.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:36 am |
  105. caroline!!!!

i usually odnt swear so it wouldnt be that hard for me to not swear.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:36 am |
  106. Teto

I think i could, but i mean, i almost don't see the point. i mean, i know how everyone says that they are offensive, but all they are are words. and really, all words are are what you make them out to me. otherwise they are just random jumblings of letters.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:37 am |
  107. frannie

i think that it's good that he has the determination to stick up for what he believes in! it would be a hard thing to go against what most people say but i think if he strongly believes no one should swear then he should spread his message to people.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:37 am |
  108. Homie

I could probably stop but my friends would probably..... i don't know what they would do, i bet that they would support me!!!:):):):)):):)):):):)):):):)):

    March 4, 2009 at 11:37 am |
  109. ginger

I think that this is a good idea because it still lets kids have a choice to join a club or not.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:37 am |
  110. Abby

Well I could just stop cold turkey but can I at least think it? And what if you didn't mean to? Ugh I'm so confused!

    March 4, 2009 at 11:37 am |
  111. J

Hatch is pretty brave to get out there and do that at the risk of being laughed at. I don't think that I could stop cussing though. It is a really bad habit. Now I may try to stop

    March 4, 2009 at 11:38 am |
  112. connor

Thats pretty cool that he made his own no cussing club. I would never think of that. I probably could stop cussing but it depends what mood I'm in.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:38 am |
  113. Ace

who cares if people swear #19 on the bill of rights it says freedom of expression

    March 4, 2009 at 11:38 am |
  114. Jennifer

I think that the club is a good idea. I know that I would join the club if I had the change. The club could and would inspire kids everywhere.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:39 am |
  115. HANNAH!!!!!

I think that its REALLY STUPID to swear !!!!!!!!!!!!
    So yeah. 🙂

    March 4, 2009 at 11:39 am |
  116. Hayley.

I think the cussing club is good only for people that don't want to cuss or want to stop. I don't think I would join because it would be hard for me. I would treat people the same who are in the club as long as they wouldn't get mad if i cussed in front of them. I don't think this is related to other bad behavior because cussing is something you choose to not do but the other bad behaviors are something you can be tempted to do.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:42 am |
  117. Shania

I think the cussing club is not a bad idea.I think people should not cuss because I think that they think it makes them cool.I would not mind the cussing club.I would treat other people the samae because they are giving up cussing or trying to get people to stop cussing.I think cussing can relate to bad things. And if you cuss I think it can relate to drugs and drinking.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:43 am |
  118. Carolyn

I think the no cussing club is a great idea! I would totally join! I would treat other peers (weither they joined or not) with respect, because we, in America, have the freedom of speech. Although I wouldn't perssure anyone into the club, I don't like cussing and I think it is most definitely is related to drinking, smoking, and drugs. Not only that but cussing is a sin.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:43 am |
  119. Sierra

This club is a great idea. I'm completely tired of all that language. I'm not sure if I could stop cussing but I could try.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:47 am |
  120. Anonymous

I don't think I could. It's not because all my friends cuss, it's because once you start, you can't exactly stop. Sure, I don't say words all the time. But then again, I do without realizing it.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |
  121. Emily

    I think cussing isn't nessacery.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |
  122. Magnus

I don't really think I could stop cussing because all of the friends I hang around with cuss. Once you get into it, it's kind of a habit. I do think everybody shold stop cussing though, even adults because that's where all teens get it from, they're parents. It's bad for people.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |
  123. Rachel

I think its peoples choice what they say. but they do have a point about peer pressure and how it can affect your future.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |
  124. Alec

O think it is a good idea but it is a hopeless plan. There is no way you can completely stop everyone from cussing. It is impossible to have everone stop cussing even for a week.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |
  125. popcorn

I think that people should stop cussing to set and example for younger people and so that people won't get hurt. You could really affend someone if you say the wrong thing. You may think it's cool but it's not because it can make you a real gerk!

    March 4, 2009 at 11:48 am |

i dont understand how anyone can stop cussing but me i can't.

  128. ~BIG DAWG~

To be honest, i ought that i could not do that and i also thinkl that he is crazy. but maybe that is just me. (But im sure that it is not just me)

    i like this club

    March 4, 2009 at 11:49 am |
  130. Natalie

I don't think I could stop. But that's just me. It's like, once you start, you can't stop. Kinda like an addiction. My friends cuss, and then so do I. But I don't do it all the time. It's peoples choice on what they say. So if they want to cuss, so be it. And if they don't, then good for them.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:49 am |
  131. Ty

I donn't think you could stop caussing becuase thats just how some people are like that. However, The people that try to act like a bad a** should refreain.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:50 am |
  132. jeff

i think the no cussing clubs around the world can prove that talking to some one can go fine without cussing, unlike my friends at my school,
and i will support the no cussing progam 250%

    March 4, 2009 at 11:50 am |

Dont say the s word, just say poo

Yeah I think I could be in the no cussing club. I think its a great idea, that kids should not cuss.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:50 am |
  136. penellipe

i think that cussing is a big problem with kids and i think it was a good idea to try and stop the cussing. i also think that it is not possible to stop the cussing forever, but it is good to try. i cant stop all the way because i do it and i dont even no it. i think it is harder to do then think it. i will try harder. he is an imsperation to stop.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:50 am |

    cussing is a sin

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  138. Andrew

i think that it is kinda cool but it is retarded that people want to kill him he sounds like my friends mom " stop that cussing you young grass hoppers"

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  139. Mia

I think the no cussing club is a very good idea. It's true that if kids can say no to cussing, it will be easyier for them to say no to drugs and alcohol in the future. Even though some poeple can't help but swear, with a little practice I think anyone who wanted to stop could. Its great that there's teenagers out there that support the No Cussing Club. Also most adults don't like hearing teenagers swear, so it might be hard for some teens with cussing habits to find jobs.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  140. Via

Kids should stop cussing because if they cuss in front of their siblings then that will be a bad influence. I have 3 siblings and yet my older siblings still cuss.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  141. tamara

I'm not sure if my friends could join the no cussing club. I would try though. Whether or not i would make it. . . . that's another story. Once you start cussing people say it's hard to stop. I don't see how hard it would be.So i'm going to try to stop cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  142. taylor

i dont think you can stop cussing because some people just talk that way. some people cant help it because they have talked that way for so long that they are used to that lifestyle.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  143. Jordan

I think that it is ok if you wan't to join. I wouldn't join the No Cussing club because I have more important things to do them joining a club. Just because you have a clean mouth doesn't mean that you won't do drugs, or drink.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:51 am |
  144. Tyler

I think not cussing will bring you closer to friends and bring better places in your life to you

    March 4, 2009 at 11:53 am |
  145. Tanner

I think the no cussing club is an absolute waste of time baout over half of the grown up population in America has used profanity so it wont help any.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:54 am |
  146. Wyatt

I do not think that this club is a good thing. I would never join this club(and you can't make me), nor would i want other people to join this club.On school grounds, i would treat my peers the same. But off school grounds, that is none of your concern. The group that people are with influences them, not cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:54 am |
  147. Amanda

I think the "No Cussing Club" is a very good thing to start, but I know many people including me who wouldn't join. Although, cussing on school campus is not a wonderful choice. If other people DO join, then that's awesome !! They're trying to get a great start in life. This could also influence others not to get into bad habbits such as drinking and drugs. I also think that it'll make them be stronger and prouder in the future to say no to other horrible things later in life.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:54 am |
  148. ryleigh

Hi I could and would stop cussing but i don't think making cussing ilegal or anything wuld help at all. It would make people want to cuss more. Cussing also is a way older people exspress themselves. It is better than hitting someone or somthing or robbing a bank.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:54 am |
  149. Stan

I beleive that people should be able to say what ever they want to say, weather it's bad or not.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:55 am |
  150. Nina

As if, cussing is just a way to add emphasis to your meaning, and if used correctly, can add alot of power and confidence to whatever you NEED to say. Completely unnecessary to stop it.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:55 am |
  151. Miggy

I think people who cuss should really stop beacuse its a really bad thing to do if young kids are around especially when you have someone looking up to you

    March 4, 2009 at 11:55 am |
  152. Haven

I think if it's a habit for young kids then it's a problem. Kids may not know it's that bad but when they think about it they might realize that it can get pretty bad. I support the "Cussing Challenge" because it can help people that have a problem with it.

    March 4, 2009 at 11:57 am |
  153. anastasia

Cussing is bad for you and I think the cussing club is a very good idea to help some kids stop cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:00 pm |

cussing is bad if you cuss right in front of a little kid
    they will copy you............

    March 4, 2009 at 12:01 pm |

They should not cuss beacause there is no reason to cuss

    March 4, 2009 at 12:03 pm |

    March 4, 2009 at 12:05 pm |

I would because i think cussing is totally WRONG! I makes me wonder where do people get these words???

    March 4, 2009 at 12:09 pm |
  159. Mr. Moore's 3rd period class

It's the mature thing not to curse because it shows how mature you are and you get more respect. If a person have the will to stop cursing, you have the power to resist peer pressure. Profanity reveals the ignorance of one's mind.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:12 pm |
  160. michael

i think cussing is just another way for kids to get in trouble. things can be resolved without it.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:15 pm |
  161. Kim :)

I would totally join his club. He is showing kids that they can stick up for what they believe in and that cussing should not be acceptable. Go no cussing club!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 12:16 pm |
  162. tom

not cussing is extremely easy its like telling someone not to eat carrots or do something they dislike doing.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:29 pm |
  163. Lauren & Cariann & Ann

Lauren: I dont think cussing should be stopped, everyone should be able to do it once in awhile and still be able to hang out with their friends.

Cariann: Thats a good role model.

    Ann: I agree with cariann.

    :]

    March 4, 2009 at 12:31 pm |
  164. Paul

No because its hard to even start cussing because if your parents find out that you do, you might get in trouble. But if they don't care, you will probobly start cussing... its hard to stop because they just slip out!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 12:34 pm |
  165. Tori

I think that cussing is not really a big deal. Well kind of. Everyone does it. It's not something that should turn into a huge deal. Yes, I do it, a lot. But it's because I'm around people 24/7 who cuss all the time. Litterally all the time. So i kind of caught on, but this whole club thing is kind of cool. But I wouldn't be a person join it.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:41 pm |
  166. Bubbbah.

I don't really care about this, but I see what there point is.
Young ladies and women I don't think should cusss. But Oh well.
I guess If his thing isn't workning then he should keep doing it.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:41 pm |
  167. aaron

i think cussin is bad good job hatch!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 12:42 pm |
  168. Taylor

I think that it's kinda ridiculous that there is a cussing club. I mean, people have cussed for SO long, that one little club isn't going to stop them. I think it's cool if people actually have the self determination to try to accomplish something like that. I personaly don't think I could do it. Like the guy who started the club said, peer pressure is the thing that has most people cussing–because they want to look cool in front of their friends. But I think that if you think you can do it, try.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:42 pm |

I always try not to cuss. It doesn't appeal to me whatsoever.

i don't think i would be able to stop because i'm just expressing my feeling, asnd it says in the bible don't use gods name in vein but i'm not using his name so i'll cuss all i want!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 12:44 pm |

I think that this kid has a lot of courage to start this kind of a club. Look dude , if you dont want the world to cuss than that's fine with me. sure il admit that i cuss on ocassions but for your age, its a good start to making the world a better place

    March 4, 2009 at 12:44 pm |
  175. larissa

I believe that people should not have to stop cussing. i wouldnt stop cussing just because i like it, but there are many people that dont like it. i only think that there shouldnt be cussing on shows that a lot of people watch, not incluing bet. mtv, and so on.

    March 4, 2009 at 12:47 pm |

yes i can challenge myself it will be easy for me because i dont cuss that much anyways.

No cussing means no bad words wich means less of getting made fun of which means more harmony witch means more friendship. cussing is powerfull

  181. Calvin

I think it’s good for the kid who start the no cussing challenge for the young generation . I think cussing is a weakness and it shows our inability to interact appropriately. It also sends the wrong vibes to youngsters who maybe looking up to us as role models.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:02 pm |
  182. Sellers

I think that it is good that kidshave started a club that has No CUSSING well I will love to start my club with NO ViOLENCE so I wish that was me but I’m going to be a singer but I say he did the best for thing for us

    March 4, 2009 at 1:05 pm |
  183. Lee

I feel that cussing is a way to express how you feel.
Cause cussing is not always bad because when I curse
I explain how I feel. So cussing is bad only
    If you think its bad.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:07 pm |
  184. Shelton

I think that no one should cuss at all because it not nice. Because you will getcaught by your mom and dad or you will get your mouth wash out with soap. All high school kids should start a no cussing club for those kids whouse cuss words

    March 4, 2009 at 1:11 pm |
  185. Mr. Moore's 4th period class

We think it's a personal choice. If anyone wants to cuss they should be able to do it without anyone saying they can't. However, the club is a good idea. There are a lot of situations where you shouldn't use bad language.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:11 pm |
  186. Josh

I am a mild swearer. I use to swear a lot. I agree that swearing should be limited cause it does affect how people want to see you. But it shouldn't be shunned. It is an opinion that swearing is a bad thing. Its only a bad thing if it gets uncomfortably out of hand. I think it shouldn't be allowed in places such as hospitals, schools, parks, etc. But it would be against the constitution for freedom of speech to say that no one can swear ever. I think it should be limited and frowned upon in most places but should not be forced to be taught how to speak because some one thinks it immoral. Its all in how its used and how you look at it.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:15 pm |
  187. Samantha

I think that the no Cussing Club is a really good idea. My sister and her friends cuss all the time like it's no big deal. When some people say cuss words it sounds especially bad. Like with women.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:16 pm |
  188. Koster

I don't think cussing is good but people cans think and say things any way they want.

I'm glad there is a no – cussing club. It will probly help make the world more listenable.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:20 pm |
  191. Grace

No cussing is a very good idea. People don't need to swear to be cool or anything like that, in fact they just sound silly when they swear. So I say I would join the No Cussing Club.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:22 pm |
  192. Ashley

I think that it is great for some people but other people don't like it! I do know people that really will hold strongly to this but most of my friends won't. I think that this a great idea.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:23 pm |
  193. Jessica

I agree with McKay I think that cussing is a bad thing for people to do. I don't cuss but the people who do cuss. I think that I would not have the guts to start a NO cussing group. I give all of my credit to McKay, he deserves it.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:24 pm |
  194. Elizabeth

Just to be honest, I don't think that I could join this club. I don't have a major problem with cussing but I just don't think it's a good idea. Some people might like the idea of a no cussing club, but I don’t.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:24 pm |

I don't think cussing is good but people can think and say things anyway they want because it is a free country.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:25 pm |
  196. Mikey

Cussing isn't cool and can get you in lots of trouble. McKay did a good thing. If he keeps it up, many people will stop cussing along with the words themselves

i think I could but I would have to remind my self so many times. I think he is doing a very good thing for the kids of america and would have less kids not getting in trouble for cussing to police or teacher and parents.

Some people who swear might say that it's just a word to express anger, or frustration. But really when you swear, it sounds ugly coming out of some one's mouth, always sounds bad. So if it sounds bad, why would it be "cool" in the first place?

    March 4, 2009 at 1:37 pm |
  201. Nik

i think doing this could really help clean up all of our communities and even our entire country but there will still always be people who will still cuss

    March 4, 2009 at 1:37 pm |

well you never put my thing up but ill put this anyway well the club could help many people but to stop completly would be sorta hard seacrest out!!!!!

We think that it is great for him. We could totally stop cursing easily and we don't know why people would get so upset they would write death threats to him.

i think that i can stop sometime i will do it once and a while tho i think not sure

    March 4, 2009 at 1:38 pm |
  207. Brittani

I have to say that I have never cussed in my life because my parents wouldn't allow it because they would know if I did cuss and then i would be grounded for life and besides i don't think that we need the cuss words at all because people just use them when they get mad and start yelling

    March 4, 2009 at 1:38 pm |
  208. Sean

I think that Hatch is doing something great. But I don't think I could push my parents car talk (an angry language consisting of swears and mumbles) out of my head before I stub my toe or somehow make a fool of myself.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:39 pm |

I think that it is very important to stop CUSSING!!! it is a very bad thing and i know that God does not like it!!! 😦 🙂

  210. Ms. Hills' Social Studies Class

Yes – everyone should stop "cussing". It's annoying to listen to and it's just a bad habit.

Yes i would try to stop but i know i couldnt COMPLETELY stop and i know that people would cuss me out at school but that is their opinion on it.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:46 pm |
  214. Meee

I would not join the no cussing club, because i cuss like a sailor and i've been doing it for too long. There's also too much pressure from your peirs, as well as just from yourself. So I honestly think it would be more simple for me just not to change my languauge. I really don't think that I cuss too much, and I definately don't do it to teachers or other authority figures. Maybe I could cut down on my bad words, but I do not think I could ever completely stop.

  217. laiken

I think that it is very brave for a kid in their first years of high school to risk being bullied and speak out against cussing. he must have really good friends because some people would just ignore him and go to a different clique.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:48 pm |
  218. sarah

i would probly not join the club because i dont cuss, and if i did cuss i pry wouldnt.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:49 pm |
  219. Shyla

Some of my friends would maybe agree with me on this. Maybe not all of them, because if they stop cussing then they think they wont be cool? Well i know cussing or cursing is not cool Its foul and nasty and people only do it to seem cool or they want attention.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:49 pm |
  220. Bryce

I think that this kid is brave for what he did. I don't think i would be able to do what he did, because maybe all of your close friends would agree with you and be in your "club", but other kids or even adults would be diagree with you and you would be putting yourself in a bad position. I mean this kid is going to probably be threatened or cussed at even more than he would have before he started this club. I think that if i were him i would just tell my friends that i didn't like it when they cussed and then maybe they would stop, but i would just have to deal with everyone else that cusses. If anything, he is going to have to deal with A LOT more people cussing and swearing at him.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:50 pm |
  221. Cassidi♥

I think that this is a good idea. Because some people may not like cussing and they might enjoy the challenge. I know for a fact that I probably couldn't do this. I cuss when I am around my friends, and sometimes when I am at home. My family jokes around alot and often cuss words are involved. But thats because thats pretty much the kind of environment I am in.
Where as other people might have friends who don't cuss and family who don't cuss, so it may be easier for them to avoid cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:50 pm |

I think that you can talk how you want to it is your choice. i know that everyone is not going to stop cussing and neither will I. If you cuss i dont think it is a big deal they are just words and you can say what you want because its freedom of speech!!!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm |
  224. Shyla

Some of my friends would maybe agree with me on this. Maybe not all of them, because if they stop cussing then they think they wont be cool? Well i know cussing or cursing is not cool Its foul and nasty and people only do it to seem cool or they want attention. Personally i don't curse. Only the word i use if im really mad is what my baby brother came up with and i say it and its called "Thunderbugs."

    March 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm |
  225. Blaine

I could not join the no cussing cus cussing is a habit that i have picked up and decided to keep. I dont cause all of the time but i do at least 5 times a day

    March 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm |
  226. Batman

I believe that the way is your choice if you dont cuss good for you if you do big deal. also for the kid to start the club cool but not everyone is going to agree with it.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm |
  227. Sarah- Rose

no i probably wouldnt. i think that if u want to stop cussing that u really dont need a club. i think that words shouldnt be clasified as good or bad. i mean there just words. i fu dont want to cusss than i would do it for your self not for a club.

    March 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm |
  228. Ms. Hildebrand's Class

We fully support the "No Cussing Club!" We think that words are very powerful, and they can scar you for life if they are used the wrong way. When teenagers cuss, it can affect younger children. They may begin using cuss words as well. We need to lead by example.

    March 4, 2009 at 2:12 pm |

This no cussing club sounds good.
When you cuss in front of adults it makes you sound like you have no respect for yourself or the people around you. It might be "cool" to you but not to other people. You should think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth

    March 4, 2009 at 2:54 pm |
  231. Tim

I don't know how well a whole week of no cussing is going to turn out, but I hope it convinces other cities to stop swearing as well.

I think it's cool that all the members of the club are standing up for what they believe in! I don't cuss because I think it's wrong so I really admire the members and I like how they're standing up for what is right!

    March 4, 2009 at 3:17 pm |
  234. Jeff

i think he set a good example by setting a "no cussing" club. some people at my school cuss all the time and i am sick and tired of it. i think they should be introduced at the "no cussing" club too.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:19 pm |
  235. Waylon

i think that the no cussing club is a good idea because it teaches people that if you can say no now you can say no then too. i think i could do it because it really is not that hard to raplace a cuss word with just a daily used "ok" word. there are alot of people that have strong beliefs so this will help prevent those people from getting hurt=)

I think that the no cussing club is a good thing. Even though some people say that that is a good thing. Some people are ok with it. Personaly myself, I think that the club is a waste of my time. I could do better things than that. I encourage other people to join this "Club" if they want to. I dont think that no cussing has anything what so ever on drinking and doing drugs that is your own decision.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:37 pm |
  245. Ashley

i think the no cussing club is a good idea because it helps our elders and esspecially us kids that cussing DOES NOT make you cool. the people that are cussing think they are so strong but really they are the week pathetic ones. DONT CUSS! =)

I'm not really a fan of cussing. Actions speak louder than words, like sticking your tongue out at people!

    March 4, 2009 at 3:38 pm |
  247. Andrew

Yes I believe I could completely stop cussing because I haven't cussed in years. Most cuss words are homonyms although people have found new words to replace the original meaning. Although I am able to not cuss, I probably would not join this club for my own reasons.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:39 pm |

I do agree with Hatch because cussing is BAD and we need to stop right now! And I hope other people think too

    March 4, 2009 at 3:44 pm |
  251. Tim

Swearing upsets me badly. I suppose people should go to the No Cussing Club as punishment for spending their lives using foul language. People should know better than all of it.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:44 pm |
  252. Tyler

I think that a no cussing club is pointless because kids shouldn't cuss in the first place. It is just rude and disrespectful. They should learn some manners and straiten up. But on the other hand, it is a free country and they can express them selves differently. So im on both sides of the story.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:46 pm |
  253. Jake

I think its a good idea it will greatly help you in the future, you will be seen as a bright, smart, and clean person. You will have better friends and people may be more open to being your friend and in the future giving you a job.

I think this kid is amazing for doing this. Middle school kids can be mean, and doing the right thing doesn't always give you a good rep with your friends, but i'm really proud of this kid. I wish i could be famous for something that great

    March 4, 2009 at 3:54 pm |
  256. Hunter

I never have, and never will. I went to his video and Youtube and saw how all these people were being jerks and responding back by....You guessed it! Cussing! Really, they want to take this kid and harm him so they can keep their Freedom of Speech, and they don't care what they say.

    March 4, 2009 at 3:54 pm |
  257. Kodi

I think the No cussing club is cool.I would like to join the club. I would treat the other peers who join the club like friends. I think that it could relate to bad behaviors and Drugs.

I know I would join the no cussing club. I use to be homeschooled and was hardly ever exposed to swearing. When I started public school I was so anoyed be all the swearing. My friends have learned not to swear around me other wise they get THE STARE!

    March 4, 2009 at 4:00 pm |
  262. Jade

I think that the no cussing club is a joke. Because people should be able to say whatever they want, just like the 1st amendment says that we get freedom of speech.

I don't think I could join this club because cussing has become a bad habit for me. I don't cuss all the time, but I cuss enough for it to be hard to stop. If I get mad, I will cuss, along with if i get hurt or stub my toe. So it would be REALLY hard for me.

I am living, breathing proof you never have to cuss. Many kids and adults don't seem to have much creativity in their language any more because it is filled with filthiness and it nauseates me. Hurtfull words leave behind bruises when they are thrown at someone.

I don’t think people would be that committed to the club even thought it's not a bad idea.

  289. Hannah

I think I could stop cussing  since I don’t that much anyways. A club that talks about how it’s ok to not cuss is a good idea because most people do because they think it makes them cool and not because they normally cuss.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:03 pm |
  290. maren

I think that sometimes cussing is inappropriate. It is good that people are starting a club for something like this. I also think that if kids are saying no to cussing then they can start saying no to drinking and driving or drugs. This is a very good opportunity for saying no.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:03 pm |

I think I could go this club, even though it may be a challenge. It is really awesome this kid made thousands of other teens not cuss. I agree that when I walk around the halls at school I hear cuss words all the time. You can still say whatever your trying to say without using swear words.

I think it’s really good that someone could get so many people to join a club where nobody uses fowl words. I also think that it kids can vow to not cuss than many other kids may start to start clubs where they vow to not drink or do drugs. I think it’s a very admirable thing to do!

    March 4, 2009 at 5:05 pm |

Cussing isnt something i would do to be cool. The only reason i cuss sometimes is because im mad about something or because of an injury. Also i dont swear in front of teachers or any grown ups for that matter.

It's awesome what Hatch is doing for the No Cussing Club. I don't really swear unless I slam my finger in a door or something, but pretty much most of my friends do and it kind of bugs me, but I let it go. It's amazing how many people are in the club now! I don't think I could join the club but I definately go for what the club is about.

I don't think people would be able to do it because it is all around them and everyoneelse.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:07 pm |
  305. Jayse

I think it's a good idea to stop. Cussing isn't good. It's like smoking once you start you can't stop.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:08 pm |
  306. Devyn

I think it is really cool that he has been able to start this club and get so many particapants, but i don't think i would be able to stop cussing because usually when i get hurt or something like that the first word i say is a cuss word.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:08 pm |
  307. !@#$%^&*

I have a really bad potty mouth. Maybe if i honestly tried hard enough i would be able to stop. But I think its good that he started this that club. For most people its just a habbit. Some people were born around it, and others don't allow it. People may think their cool but there not. In actuality if you listen to what you're really saying it sound stupid but at the same time funny. Its a great way to get his point across; That cussing is not cool.

the reason why i think that the cussing club is awesome is because u dont cuss

    March 4, 2009 at 5:14 pm |
  310. AsHlEy

so i personally think what you are doing is a
good idea because i kno. most teenagers cuss these days.
because even i do when i get mad or something becasue although i kno. cussing is not going to help me in my future or anything like that but i do think you have a good intentions in what you have started and i kno. it has affected many people so and how many people have said some bad thing to you and yet you dont care you just keep doing what your doing and i think thats pretty amazing.....

    =]

    March 4, 2009 at 5:18 pm |
  311. Kassie

It would be pretty hard to join a club like that. Everybody around me swears all of the time.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:22 pm |
  312. Alex

I do not agree with this. This is one step away from violating our free speech, guaranteed by the first amendment.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:23 pm |
  313. Guy

Swearing is part of life. It is part of our vocabulary just like any other word, it just has way more meaning that any other one. For someone to tell me to stop using effective words is asinine.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:23 pm |
  314. Dallas

I think that what McKay is doing is really good because cussing is a big problem at my school and i think people would be better off NOT cussing.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:24 pm |
  315. Kaloeb

I think they should stop because it would be bad for the kids in the world.

    cussing is not everything.
we watch CNN student news. every morning in mr. richerdson's current issues class. and this is one of the greatest stories we have heard about. me and some of my freinds want to make a club.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:39 pm |
  317. Coley

I think that what McKay did had to take a lot of courage and I think it was really cool. I know that some people at my school seem to cuss in practically every sentence so if he was able to get that many people against swearing, he must be a really great kid.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:48 pm |
  318. Steffen

There are some bad habits that I need to stop, and cussing is one of them. By joining this club, I think it'll make me stop for good.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:48 pm |

I would totally join the "no cussing club" if I had the chance!

I believe that everyone could stop cussing. They just are hurting themselves and everyone else everywhere. They could even hurt the ones they love very much.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:52 pm |
  321. Sawyer

I am one of the only people I don't know that don't cuss, but if I joined that club I would probably be even less popular.

    March 4, 2009 at 5:52 pm |
  322. Abby

I never swear. Not out loud anyways...

    March 4, 2009 at 5:57 pm |
  323. Shayna

As a teenager, I know its hard to stop cussing. The words automatically come to kids minds when something bad happens. I could definatly join the club. I don't curse anyway. For me its like, "Wow there are other kids in the world who don't curse!" The club is totally, fantastically awesome! PS: It would make me want to curse if you don't post this on the video tomorrow. But, I won't 😉

    March 4, 2009 at 6:03 pm |
  324. Shayna

This club rocks! I totally agree, kids shouldn't be pressured to curse, freedom of speech, remember?

Cussing is a habit in our school. Some of our friends also like cussing, or at least they try to be cool cussing. We think the Cussing Club would be good for our community. Wagner South Dakota really could use something like the Cussing Club!

    March 4, 2009 at 6:10 pm |
  327. Viv

I don't think I'll be able to stop cursing, but I admire him because he stood up for what is right, and he won't let anyone bring him down. 🙂

    March 4, 2009 at 6:11 pm |
  328. Jill and Jessie

We think that the no cussing club is a brilliant idea. It is good to have someone who cares what people say and cussing is a very bad habit for teenagers and they really need to stop...

    March 4, 2009 at 6:17 pm |
  329. Faith

I could stop cussing, but i dont cuss much.
I think the no cussing thing is a great idea!!

    March 4, 2009 at 6:42 pm |
  333. jake

Cursing is, in my opinion, extremely ridiculous. I mean, what's the point of cursing, when you can express your point in a much milder tone.

P.S. You may find this obvious, but just to clarify, I don't curse :).

    March 4, 2009 at 6:51 pm |
  334. Chad

I think that it is a great idea for a non cussing group because I hate it to when my friends at school cuss all the time it makes me feel like they arn't my reas friends

    March 4, 2009 at 6:55 pm |
  335. Chad

I think that it is a great idea for a non cussing group because I hate it when my friends cuss at school and it makes me feel that they aren't my real friends so thats why I think that this is a GREAT idea.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:00 pm |
  336. Calamity

There is no way I could even attempt to stick to something like that. It's not that I'm always cussing 24/7 but sometimes it kinda just slips out when I get a paper cut or something. No cussing ever...I just couldn't do that.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:02 pm |
  337. Charlotte

i think that my school needs to get that club . you can run into so body and they will "cuss you out"

    March 4, 2009 at 7:06 pm |

Cursing ain't hard to stop its hard to continue you should try to say something replace it

    March 4, 2009 at 7:18 pm |
  339. Rae

I think that when people argue that “they can cuss because they have free speech” it just shows how they shouldn’t be able to have it. I’m ashamed at how many of teenagers curse- it’s a habit people just pick up because they don’t know how to make a point. I will definitely encourage some of my friends to stop cursing!

    March 4, 2009 at 7:25 pm |
  340. Jamie

I definetly think cussing is bad. People all around me cuss all the time. I have never cussed before in my life and I dont plan on cussing any time soon. It is definetly a brillant idea to make a no cussing club.

The new No Cussing club is a great idea. Some kids at my school cuss all the time.....

    March 4, 2009 at 7:37 pm |
  344. Kaitlyn

Cussing has become a big thing now a days. You can't go one day without hearing kids say bad words. I think that the " No Cussing Club" should be something that every schools have to try to make it stop.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:37 pm |
  345. coco

yes, you should stop cussing! and carl you are a bad joker!

    March 4, 2009 at 7:39 pm |
  346. Theresa

I think that's a really great idea. You can't walk down a single hallway at school without being bombarded by less-than-decent language, and it's kind of depressing that so many people think that speaking that way will make them "cool." I admit I've been pulled into it, but I've been trying to clean up my vocabulary, and I really admire Hatch for starting a club like that. I'd definitely join! 🙂

    March 4, 2009 at 7:41 pm |
  347. keri-sue

i think every one in the whole world shouldn't cuss.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:45 pm |
  348. Mark

Well, to me, bad words are not needed. I mean, people use "like" in the same, like, way. A word used just because the user feels like it. In my school, people change letters in a bad word so that when they do say it, it's not reallly bad.
I don't cuss, so what's the point of joining?
I support rod... Mckay all the way though.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:45 pm |
  349. Alyson

Yes i do agree. This would change alot of things. Mostly for teenagers. It would help and make them better people by not cussing. 🙂 😛 😉

    March 4, 2009 at 7:48 pm |
  350. Katelyn

I know for a fact I could go without swearing. I have never swore in my life and don't plan on it . I think it is dumb how people swear like every 2 seconds. Just say what you want and don't swear. It is as easy as that. The person who came up with the no swearing club is really smart. It is a very very good idea.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:54 pm |
  351. Andy

well I think it was a great idea to start that club because once someone does something a lot of people follow their example and you can get your point threw without cussing!

    March 4, 2009 at 7:57 pm |
  352. dotkin

Cussing is a horrible problem. It's all over the place, and it really gets in your head. I'm glad Mckay is making a stand against it. It sounds like a great club and I'm glad they're making a difference.

I've never cussed, but I believe anyone can stop cussing if they put their mind to it.

P.S. Oddly enough, I just read an article on the No Cussing Club in the New Era.

    March 4, 2009 at 7:58 pm |
  353. Danya

Well, I think that the "NO CUSSING CLUB" is an awesome idea. I think that I could stop cussing if I tryed really hard at it. I'm willing to do anything to not cuss at all. Besides, I think that I could stop cussing without even trying. Some people say that cussing is a phase for teenagers or preteens...... but its not!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:02 pm |
  354. Ty

I agree that cussing is bad and should not be a part of life as a teenager, it never should be.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:03 pm |
  355. Dana

I think there skould no cussing!!! No one needs to cuss because it will just make some one's feelings get really hurt! Plus what does cussing prove, that your cool that your a bully. No one needs violence to be cool!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:03 pm |
  356. Emma

I could definitely stop swearing completely, partly because I don't swear in the first place. If you are angry, you should try to pick better words than cuss words to get your feelings out.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:08 pm |
  357. Jack

ya i could stop cussing but i would never join that club. it would be so embarrissing

    March 4, 2009 at 8:09 pm |
  358. Robert -103-

People these days mainly kids use cuss words to emphasize something. Most people don't mean bad by it if there just talking to there buddy. It's just becoming more and more into slang then meaning something hurtful.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:20 pm |
  359. Taylor

I would probably have a hard time stop cussing. I would have to get use to it, but I think I could do it. A lot of my friends would probably have to do teh same thing! Nice sweater vest Carl!!!!!!!!!!!!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:23 pm |
  360. Sari

I don't think it's cool to cuss, it's just a natural thing we do eventually that may become a habit. People can still be "Cool" and not cuss. But the club is a good idea, I guess.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:28 pm |
  361. Tom

I'm not so sure I could not stop cussing(silently to myself) but I respesct and admire the very big club.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:28 pm |
  362. Crystal

Cussing shows the person's character and personalities. We should stop cussing and use a better language. Our class watches CNN Student News almost every single day in geography.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:28 pm |
  363. Reynaldo

most people curse alot but thats how it goes.
if someone started a club and came out on tv why cant someone comeout by doing the oppositte
    whats so special about that?
people do it and others dont.
it doesnt make you a bad person neither "cool"
there mostly used to replace exclamatory words but mostly to people with big issues.
lets say you forgot your wifes roses for your anniversary and your at the time when you need them.what u going to say or think in your mind.
    oh no or..
i think you get my point
    theres nothing wrong with it
    thats how life goes
    it makes us human
whats next? a dont forget to put the toilet seat down club?
    cmon
were humans and things like cussing that make us humans

God is watching all around us. I'm Indian and cuss, it's a nasty habit. But, I have cut down due to this club. I LOVE YOU CARL! Even though your jokes are cheasy.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:38 pm |
  365. Amita

I'm Indian, therefor my parents are strict. I try not to, but when I get angry it relieves stress. I think it helps. But OMG REALLY?! GO CARL

    March 4, 2009 at 8:40 pm |
  366. Amita & Lamiya

We love you Carl! Your so cheasy and should stop cussing like the kids in the club....even though we aren't sure you do. But, WE LOVE YOU!!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:42 pm |
  367. Rachel

Cursing, well, cussing, has been a problem in my school.
My friends and I started a language that starts off sounding like a cuss word, but it's....not.
Our "language" has recieved dirty looks from adults (sorry!), and high-fives from the students. I wasn't trying to be cool. It was just fun.

come to think of it, I only cursed like, 4 or 5 times today because of this guy. These are just words, and anyone can choose not to use them, or how. It's just not nice to use them at someone. I mean, you could say, "Oh, crap," and no one would care, (even our teachers say that) but you shouldn't say, "YOU'RE A F******" and stuff like that.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:42 pm |
  368. caroline

There are plenty of other words out there, so why cuss? It just makes you seem stupid and uneducated.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:44 pm |

why not stop? i sure could well thats because I dont cuss any way! well any way the you tube song was awesome!!!!!!!!!!

I could stop cussing, I think that is a good thing for people to do! What is the point of saying hurtful words anyway?

    March 4, 2009 at 8:54 pm |
  371. Faith

I think it is so encouraging that there is a teen group started for stopping cussing. I don't curse, but I have to hear it every day at my school, and it is degrading to be around such bad language. Kudos to you, McKay!

    March 4, 2009 at 8:55 pm |
  372. Jasonw

I would not join the NO CUSSING CLUB because cussing is in our nature and it would'nt be life without it.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:56 pm |
  373. Connie

I personally think that cussing is rude and extremely disrespectful. I already try not to say any cuss words because I know if I do, I will regret saying them later.

    March 4, 2009 at 8:57 pm |
  374. Riley

That is a good idea. He needs to forget all the mean comments that don't contribute to his cause and remember that he is making a difference. I'm not going to cuss!

    March 4, 2009 at 9:05 pm |
  375. zac

Hey some kids cuss because there parents cuss in front of them all they are doing is copying there parents I personally would stop cussing and have been trying I think it is a very good idea

At first when I heard about the No Cussing Club, I could seriously care less, I just didn't give it much thought. But then I thought why not? It cant hurt me. So I got on to the website accepted the challenge, and wrote the pledge on my mirror, binders, and on note paper so I could remember what I'm doing throughout the day, and I'm so excited to start this new challenge and I would love to help other people join too! It can only help you to become a better person.

    March 4, 2009 at 9:50 pm |

I get tired of hearing people curse all the time. It would be great to hear none of it at least for a day at my high school. I'm with Hatch, I THINK IT IS SO COOL NOT TO CURSE, so I would join!

    Carl,
Cussing was never something I did. I mean why would you want to. Besides cussing just makes you sound stupid, like you don't have anything else to say.(no a fence to anyone who cusses a lot.)

    March 4, 2009 at 10:12 pm |
  388. choichi

i think thats really cool, i myself dont cuss but that is a great example for younger kids and newer generations nice going! : ) ❤

I don't even cuss in the first place, but now i won't cuss in the future. I think this program would help a few kids in my school...

i think the cuss club is a super great idea! if i would try it i would probably stop cussing for at least 2 to 3 days or a little bit higher!!!!!!! i cuss most of the time when i'm mad but i dont cuss a lot

I like the no cussing club its a great idea but if i would try to stop it would probably be for 2 to 4 days. I saw the video and it was a little funny and i also liked it.I got to type on out of here.

  394. brandy

I think that it is so cool that some people are going to try to stop cussing. I don't think it would be very easy for the guys in my grade to stop cussing but the girls probably could.

  395. Dee-Wizzle

Your language is all about your decisions... Like my mothers been teaching me since I was walking around in my Diapers, "Do what you do, just make sure you know who you are around and how to use different dialects for different situations". Everyone Cusses, and as far as the president of the NCC goes, I love your self discipline, It's really something that I honestly CAN say I CAN'T do. I've been using obscenities since I was released into the educational mainstream so these days it would be a hard habbit to kick. From my peers, to my relatives, to even the youngin's that I'm supposed to set an example for, I've heard all four letter words from all types of humans except the people of the No Cussing Club.
But to stick to my opinion, If one's ears are affected by the simple sound of the word, for *** sake give them the respect that they are asking for. In any other situation, if your peers, teachers, grandparents and/or parents are OK with it, and you are comfortable sounding like a walking four letter dictionary, suit yourself AND your surroundings. Make sure to respect authority, and make sure you don't make yourself look to rash...

I would definatly join that club, especially since I try not to cuss anyway.

It's no problem with me. I never curse. At least in English 🙂
I know little English. Just saying simple sentences even challenges me. So I don't think I would curse. I can only say simple things.
Anyway, I highly support the club. Great idea.

I have barely cussed in my life. I don't like to say wrong things about peoples. But many of my friends do it and it is not exactly a good feeling when you hear someone cuss. I think the no cussing club is a great idea and it would make the world to live in much brighter.

See do you know how many kids cuss in the world if wew try to stop all cussing then my grandchildren will not be bad people and cussing just makes you feel bad and get you in a bad mood so we can only hope that if we stop cussing then my kids will live in a healthy and good inviorment

We don't "cuss" anyway we're good kids

    March 5, 2009 at 8:36 am |
  406. Ben

i don't think anyone will stop, because it will always be around and when someone hears it they start doing it too.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:37 am |
  407. Nattlez

I think that it is a good idea to have this club because a lot of people think they are cool when they swear but it is a bad habit to have so it there was a club and everyone was in it that could be another way to be cool with out swearing.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:37 am |
  408. alex

I could because I don't swear much so it would be easy and I'd love to help people stop swearing.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:37 am |
  409. Shae-Ray

I think that i could stop but my friends would have to stop to because when you are around people who cuss then it harder not to cuss your self.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:38 am |
  410. Hannah

I think the club is really dumb.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:38 am |
  411. Tori

he has made a lot of people happy because they also do not like to hear swears

    March 5, 2009 at 8:38 am |
  412. HANNAH!!!!!!

I think it's good that they have made this club, but i think it's going to be hard to get a lot of people to join the club and not swear
    🙂 say to to swearing!!!!!!

    March 5, 2009 at 8:38 am |
  413. Switzer

I don't really care. I swear sometimes. But if this kid doesn't like it than he has a right to not swear and make a club or make a crappy rap movie on youtube.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:38 am |
  414. Espen

I could probably not cuss because I don't cuss very often anyway. I think that if this kid wants people to stop cussing then hes doing a pretty good job at doing it.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:39 am |
  415. molly

If I could I would join that club because I want it to be no cussing like them.

I think what this kid is doing is a great idea, some people should really consider trying to not cuss, I wonder if the new england states have this club in there schools. I think they should............

    March 5, 2009 at 8:40 am |
  418. Quinn

I don't know if I could. it would be kind of hard cuz I know people who its part of their life and its part of them.

I think that club is a good idea. I hear those words all the time, not just in school. It would be great to have people stop cussing.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:42 am |
  422. Brett

I think that this is perhaps the most stupid club idea I’ve ever heard of. There’s no way I would want to be a part of this because it just promotes immaturity. Little kids who can’t use “cuss” words but use substitutes like “darn” etc. In my eyes it’s the same thing to me.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:43 am |
  423. Jesse

I would not join the no cussing club. This club may also backfire. Some people may cuss more in order to aggravate the people in the no cussing club. It may be a good club for some, but it may become a target for bullies. Having no cussing club is messed up. Even chess club may be a better club than this no cussing club.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:59 am |
  424. Kayla

I think if someone wanted to try to get rid of their cussing habit that is GREAT! For people who are so used to cussing it will be extremely hard, but it makes you respect yourself and others as well. When people go around cussing people out and being rude by using fowl language it turns you off from wanting to date or even be friends with that person. I believe he should be admired by people, even if people think it is the "non-cool" thing to do, but the club will help people with their cussing and make them a better person and not set a bad example for younger kids.

    March 5, 2009 at 9:07 am |
  425. Julia

I think its cool that he is trying but 50% say bad words they cant help it from watching shows and hear they parents.

P.s: If anyone thinks that he needs to stop well you are wrong. Good luck to the guy!!!!!!

    March 5, 2009 at 9:20 am |
  426. David

I know I could stop but the thing is that it would take a while because it would probably accidently happen. it would be ready in about a year or so i would say. Although things dont seem as funny sometimes if you don't cuss...

    March 5, 2009 at 10:03 am |
  429. christina

I probally would not join because of the fact that swearing is something you should know not to do and to start a club about it is just a wast of time to me!

    March 5, 2009 at 10:04 am |
  430. Brian/

I think it is the right thing not to cuss but I cannot stop cussing forever but maybe 3 days and i agree with the cussing club.

  433. ShauneyBoy

I feel that it is way to much let them or us be who we wanna be and not listen to one kid that thinks that you shouldn't cuss.

    March 5, 2009 at 10:05 am |
  434. Mitch

I think they should just leave cussing up to the kids if they want to they can if they get in trouble they do and its their own fault

    March 5, 2009 at 10:06 am |
  435. Jesse

I don't cuss for one. I wouldn't join a no cussing club though because that is cool for them, but I think that would be taking it a little to far. If cussing wasn't forbidden, then people wouldn't use it as much because it mostly tempts people.

    March 5, 2009 at 10:08 am |
  436. Max

I believe that is normal for people to cuss because it shows true emotions and feeling. I also believe that it is not “cool” to cuss profusely and when it is not needed. Therefore I believe people shouldn’t be condemned if they cuss, people should just not cuss when cussing isn’t needed.

    March 5, 2009 at 10:41 am |
  437. Lucas

I think kids should have a right to swear because when i hang out with my friends i feel the right swear. because the only reason i swear is because people get on my nerves so i swear at the people that tell me to walk on the sidewalk when it is not clean and ice is on it so i walk on the road a grown-up set's in there car and yell at me and my friends so we stand yelling at them tell to clean off the side so we can walk on it. (but still grown-up don't need to swear at us.)

    March 5, 2009 at 10:47 am |
  438. Annie

I think the no cussing club is important, but dorky. I think that it is great that it is encouraging kids to avoid drinking, cussing, and drugs. But the music video needs some work. But, overall the idea is a good one. Thanks! 🙂

I think that if someone doesn't want to swear then it's there choice and shouldn't be dissed 'bout it.
But it would be hard. 🙂

  443. Eliza and Abby

We think it's really cool that McKay Hatch started that club. He had to be pretty strong to start a group like that! Yeah man!

    Stop cussing!
    🙂

    March 5, 2009 at 11:24 am |
  444. Grace

I think that's pretty awesome. I wouldn't be able to start a club that got that much publicity, I bet he thought he wouldn't be able to do that either.

    March 5, 2009 at 11:26 am |
  448. Eliza and Abby

Hey one question. Why the word cuss? Why not swear? That's more common!

    March 5, 2009 at 11:26 am |
  449. Sean

Everybody in my school that swears absolutely could not stop, especially one kid I know. I guess it's a good idea, but they're just words. For some you can have actually excuses for it.

    March 5, 2009 at 11:27 am |
  450. Devin

To me, cussing, swearing, and cursing is a habit that I picked up from my parents, brother, and whole family. I swear all the time, because to me, it's just words. I swear in my music, I swear at bullies, and I swear when I make a mistake. If you don't like it, keep this in mind: sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you.

    March 5, 2009 at 11:28 am |
  451. Elena

I don't really understand how cursing ever started in the first place. I don't think you have to swear to be cool, popular, or have a lot of friends.

    I could never stop cussing

    March 5, 2009 at 11:28 am |
  455. Maya

I think it's kind of random, like someone shouldn't really tell someone else they can't swear because you can swear if you want to. But I guess it's a good idea too, because it gets annoying when someone thinks they're cool and swears after every word.

    March 5, 2009 at 11:29 am |
  456. Sean

I personlly think that this was kind of stupid. The 1st amendment gives us the right of freedom of speech. Don't get me wrong I think they're doing a good thing but why not just not swear. They're taking up valuable time on CNNSTUDENT news. Plus these kids are complete and utter losers.

I could defineltyl stop swearing,it would be hard but i could do it. but probably not for my whole life, that would be really hard. But i think it is fabulous that he started a club, some people swear all the time and i think it is stupid!

    March 5, 2009 at 1:44 pm |
  478. Jo

I could go a whole year without cussing/swearing/cursing. I haven't yet and I won't later, maybe I will join the No Cussing Club and I don't get how cussing is cool anyway and why would someone send McKay Hatch a death threat for standing up to cussing? There was no point in that. It was a total waste of time and whoever sent it might face some consequences.

    March 5, 2009 at 1:45 pm |
  479. Kaitlyn

I think that it is pretty awesome that someone stood up to his friends and challenged them like that. I mean that there are a lot of words out there, os why do so many people have to cuss?? I just doesn't make sense.

    March 5, 2009 at 1:45 pm |
  480. Elizabeth

I think that cussing is one of the ways we are ruining our own generation. I think we need to stop. The generation before us has done enough of that.

    March 5, 2009 at 1:45 pm |
  481. Brittany

I think that it is good that a kid who is against swearing, spoke up to how people shouldn't swear. It is hard to say something that people will think is weird and not "cool". It is a good thing that more people agreed with him so then they could keep the club up because then the more people against it, then more people who do swear with most likely stop.

    March 5, 2009 at 1:46 pm |
  482. samuel

i think this kid had a grate idea to stop cussing

    March 5, 2009 at 1:46 pm |
  483. Sophie

Okay , i only swear when i get really mad and when i fall and trip on my face but i think this kid is really set to sothing wich is to helping kisds stop swearing wich is a great thing for some kids to work on but i know i might be able to but some kids swearing is what they do so i could try it but i dont kow if it would work for me.

    March 5, 2009 at 1:46 pm |
  484. Lea

Yeah i think i could do it eventually ......maybe for a day...

    March 5, 2009 at 1:49 pm |
  485. Chenille

I think that the no cussing club is good but then again when somebody pushes your button you have to take it there with them. Hatch being the founder of a no cussing club took great pride and courage and i admire a teen for finally trying to be the leader in our generation!!!!!!

    March 5, 2009 at 2:15 pm |

I am in high school and surrounded by people that curse nonstop. I think that if I can keep from cursing (years strong) all you guys can too.

    March 5, 2009 at 4:55 pm |
  489. Alex

I don't think kids should cuss. I think it sets a bad example for all the other kids. It isn't write for someone to cuss excpetially a christian.

    March 5, 2009 at 5:09 pm |
  490. Dwayne

I think that most people who do curse is because they think that since thier of age or because they see there friend doing it they think it's ok so my opion of the magority of people who do curse being able to stop would not be an easy thing to do.

    March 5, 2009 at 5:22 pm |
  491. Darryn

I think that it is good that there is a no cussing club, because i think that if you cuss alot that just shows that you have a small vocabulary.

    March 5, 2009 at 5:32 pm |
  492. Jeremy

I think that when people they are irronant

    March 5, 2009 at 5:57 pm |
  493. Eric

Wow, 400 comments? Have fun looking through them Carl. Anyways I personally don't cuss much but those occasional slips are luckily covered under the freedom of speech. To totally stop cussing is pretty impossible

    March 5, 2009 at 5:58 pm |
  494. Claire

I don’t think it would be hard to stop cussing: I don’t and never have cussed. I just don’t think there is anything in my life so bad or terrible that I should waste my breath on complaing. It’s just not worth it. I mean, think about it, the starving kids in Africa have every right to swear and cuss and all that. But you don’t hear them swearing every time something goes wrong, do you? No, so why waste your breathe.

    March 5, 2009 at 6:01 pm |
  495. Davon

I think the video is inspiring to me and other young people like me, and that a kid started this no cussing club...............=]

    March 5, 2009 at 6:01 pm |

I think that people should not cuss. I think this because it makes you sound not cool , it makes you sound DUMB.

  497. BRIANNA:)

THAT IS A GOOD CLUB I WOULD JOIN IT ANY DAY ITS A GOOD WAY FOR KIDS NOT TO CUSS AT MY MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS CUSS ALL THE TIME AND I JUST WANT TO TELL THEM ALL TO STOP AND BE GOOD PEOPLE!

    March 5, 2009 at 6:35 pm |
  498. Faith

I'm indiffrent to cussing. I let them slip somtimes when I stub my toe, but as for doing it to try to be cool, nah.

    March 5, 2009 at 6:36 pm |
  499. Trevor

its realy hard to stop cussing when everyone at school,or in the neighborhood cuss i try my best not to cuss but i still do so i think that i could not stop

    March 5, 2009 at 7:15 pm |
  500. yessica

I really think the only people that actually could be in the no cussing club would be little kids because they haven't learned about "bad words" yet. Really I think everyone needs to curse now and then and no one can stop for good.

    March 5, 2009 at 7:38 pm |
  501. Elijah

I have always been very strict about cussing, and lost and gained many friends because of that. I too have convinced a few kids in my school to stop cussing and to hear other people are doing the same pleases me.

    March 5, 2009 at 7:48 pm |
  502. Curlz

I think that the "No Cussing Club" is smart but really what are people thinking on the inside. Could they be cussing in their head? But I think it is a commitment to your friends and yourself.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:01 pm |
  503. Kaylenn

I could definatly join the club! personally I don't cuss because it is nothing that i want people to see as a part of me. I also think that it's wrong when people cuss and that they are only doing it to get attention. But this kind of attention is not the right kind in my opinion and only attracts bad company.

    March 5, 2009 at 8:12 pm |
  504. pAbLo

i think that is sooooooo great (by the way i agree with no cussing i think it is very bad)

    March 5, 2009 at 8:26 pm |
  505. Jennifer

I feel that cussing is totally wrong. The use of this profane language makes one feel bad. I know by experiance that there's a lot of people in my school who cuss ,but there's also a great majority of people who don't. Most of my family actually cusses ,but I would rather live above the influence. Plus, I think icursing makes one sound uneducated.

As you can see, I would totally join the club because using that type of language does not do anyone any good, rather, it makes one feel less than they are. I wish people, especially teens, would quit using this type of language, for the world would be a better place.

I don't really cuss, so this would be incredibly easy. I believe that this is a great idea. However, this is not very realistic. People have freedom of speech. Getting people to stop cussing completly may not happen. It's a great idea though!!! 🙂

People only cuss when they are arrogant, have made a terrible mistake, or is angry at someone. At least that's what i think. Great job starting this no cussing club! It could really set a difference to us kids!

  508. nina; pinta, santa maria

    Carl.,
Well, I presonally would find it very hard to quit. Everyone at my school cussses ALOT. So the pressure for cussing is practically intensified because it's hard to quit when everyone else is doing it. Right?
The Club was sort of ridiculous because doesn't that deny your First Ammendment? I do not find it very fair to judge someone on how they speak.

keep working on those puns Carl.

I could stop cussing becuase I use to 24/7 thanks to my friends Taylor and Shay I'm not cussing that often probaly once or twice. I lost over ten bucks in the solution
    They said
"Anytime you cuss you owe us a dollar each and if you do it online it's 2.50!"
I may have hated it but it worked ^^

I think its great that people can stop cussing.
But, being infulenced at school by it all the time,
it just blurtss out. I know its not good, and I don't like it.
I wish I could break my habit.

I usually don't cuss but Mckay is right-peer pressure is a big part of why people cuss! I just joined the NCC and it is AWESOME as you would say!

Cursing in dangerous in some ways. It can get you in tons of trouble and break up or stop friendship from happening.

In all honesty if you let it slip everyonce in a while then its not so bad. but every other word is a little much. PUT ME ON THE AIR

Yes,i ready like this group because i use to cuss all the time in middle school i thought it were cool because all of my friends was cussin. Now, i can say words that do not got cussin in it and kids think im still cool.

Hi, Carl, My name is Natalie, and I admit that when I came to middle school, everyone started cussing, and so did I, but now, I think that I'll try to stop, I'm also trying to get my friends to stop too.

I think that the "No Cussing Club" is completely ludicrous. Cussing is a daily part of everyone's life these days- expecting an entire student body to drop this language is irrational and technically infringes our right given in the first amendment: the freedom of speech. This club is stupid, and yes this child is rather "gutsy" to propose such an idea. Why? Because no one who chooses to fit in would step out like this kid.

    March 6, 2009 at 11:01 am |
  519. DeFrainne

This club is ridiculous. Part of growing up is becoming familiarized with foul language; it is integrated into life as we know. I know you made this club with the best of intentions, but as they say, the road to you-know-where is paved with them.

hey if i wanted to stop cussing i couldn't do because i love to cusse because its fn if u know what to words mean so that n cussing club can go bug off and start swaring:)

Yes, If I really tried then I probally could. But I couldnt completely stop because sometimes it just slippes out! But overall I think the club is a excellent idea.

if peolpe choul stop cussing all at once the world whould be one step closer to wold peace. That

I don't think cussing is a problem. The only thing bad about it is who cusses and how many times do they say it. People should learn when to and when not to curse.

A no cussing club really isn't a bad idea and I hope many others are inspired by McKay's response to swearing. Thankfully, I’ve done everything I can to stay away from the groups of kids that have developed a serious habit of swearing. Maybe they will change their ways and realize what a serious problem they have created.

Hey, My name is Natalie and I am in Mr. McBurrows class, and we watch your show everyday. My thoughts anouto the no cussing club, is......... that when i moved up to Middle School, that exact same thing happened to me. All of my friends were cussing at every other word, and I wouldn't give in, so I totally support the no cussin slub, Carl, and By the way, you are the funniest anchor ever!!!!!!! lol, also work those corney jokes, work them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a big cursing problem when I was in middle school because that was the norm & being an young adolescent of course I wanted to be okay with everything that was around me. However, now that I'm a senior in high school who has had many experiences with public relations, I've realized that cursing is really unnecessary. My English teacher [who I completely admire] told our class that "people who curse are too stupid to find another way of expressing their feelings" and I agree with that. There are other artistic, thought-provoking ways to express one's feelings.

    March 6, 2009 at 9:14 pm |

he he he I just joined the No Cussing Club. I think the only reason people start swearing is because they hear other people swear and think they aren't cool if they don't. So most of this has to deal with peer pressure.

i mean do you actually think you can the kids in the U.S to stop cussing?let alone a whole world. personally im perfectly fine with cussing just dont let get out of hand

I do not think that cusing is a big deal because people will say what they want and i think that, that is ok because enless you are phisacly hurting some one people should mind there own buisness an dgo on with life and stop worrying about other peoples life.If they wanted someone to tell them not to say cus words dont you think they wouldnt say it and people need to just maind there own buisness and the world will be a lot better. =)

I think it is good way to stop cussing. When we hear about our cussing, we can be annoyed. But, above all, adults have to show model to children.

I could completly stop cussing because I know cussing is bad and I don't cussing or swearing to people. However I think right cuss for a government. and cuss for gag( not cruel) is not so bad.

"No cussing club" is good idea to stop cussing and I could that.
It could help to reduce the violence and rascal children in the world.
Stop completely cussing is hard but I think I would be able to join the club and not swear for a while.

    March 7, 2009 at 9:27 am |
  545. Johnny

I think it's a great idea. Kids these days need to exercise some restraint. It gets you in trouble if you just use it based on habit.

cussing is just wrong, if people don't want children to, then why don't they stop themselves?!?!

    March 7, 2009 at 4:18 pm |
  547. jaehyun

I don't think I can completely stop cussing. Cussing is a really bad thing. Still, there are situations that can't be explained by normal words. And cussing is a part of life(is it?). But I really think cussing is terrible. It can kill people!

    March 7, 2009 at 7:10 pm |

I like the idea my friends love to cuse and i keep asking them to sotp but they dont so i think people who cuse should join the club.

I think it is good to stop cussing. It could help the world that many people have a lot of bad and immoral behavior to the world with the people who have nice characteristic and action. It could be hard to stop cussing for some people, but when they try to less speak bad word and action. It will be make the world "great".

    March 7, 2009 at 9:56 pm |
  551. Dave

I think people shouldn't curse in public area's where there are families present, but i think the kid should mind his own business when it comes to our private lives.

    March 7, 2009 at 11:02 pm |
  552. Mcdonald

I think we can stop cussing by making these websites and campaigns. Maybe it cannot stop cursing perfectly, but we can stop young children to curse and speak bad words...

    March 7, 2009 at 11:35 pm |
  553. Ellaine

Cussing is ethically wrong and offensive to yourself (because you just make yourself look uneducated) and to others, and you know it.

    March 8, 2009 at 12:17 am |
  554. brandon

We can't completely stop swearing. Everybody around me are swearing. I know that's annoying thigs. When you suddenly stop swearing, your friends may keep away from you. I know it's a bad thing but actually we can't do that.

    March 8, 2009 at 12:26 am |
  555. briauna

I think that cussing is horrible, but,in some cases it should be about getting out rage and anger without hurting someone. It should not be used just to use it.

    March 8, 2009 at 2:47 am |
  556. DaSeul

I think it is not easy stop cussing each other, but it needs to be stopped. you can see the personality from how they talk, so cussing others don't make good impressions about. This no cussing club is very good to people.

    March 8, 2009 at 3:19 am |
  557. Seon-woo

I think it's a really excellent idea, so I absolutely agree with him. Todays many people use a lot of bad words especially teenagers and we really need stop cussing. Swear to someone makes that person feel bad. Therefore, I believe we should not swear.

    March 8, 2009 at 5:21 am |
  558. Lauren

I would say that the idea of the club is pretty interesting and noble but i'm sure MOST people have better things to do than join a club about not 'cussing', which is not actually a word.... What I would suggest to most people is just know that the things that you say and do everywhere you go are being judged and if someone were to see you using derrogatory language you will be leaving a very bad impression.

    March 8, 2009 at 3:20 pm |
  559. Lauren

I was reading through the comments and i thought someone needed to mention that if Hatch went to President Obama, who i'm sure has better things to do, and asked him to have Congress pass a law banning cursing, that it would not happen. If it did, well then the Supreme Court would have to overturn the law because according to the Constitution, Congress is not permitted to pass any laws inhibitting our freedom of speech.

    March 8, 2009 at 3:30 pm |
  560. Diana

I would join the No Cussing Club because at my school I hear it all the time. At least one person cusses everyday. Actually, I'm one of the few who doesn't do it, rarely if ever. Actually, there are some words I've never even said!

I don't understand why cussing is so popular among today's youth. I've been raised without hearing these words in the house so maybe that has something to do it. I remember back in 6th grade my friend would cuss all the time. One day she decided, she'd "teach me to cuss" seeing as how she had never heard me a say a bad word in all the years that I've known her. However, I didn't give in. It didn't feel right.

Cussing isn't cool at all. I get the idea that some kids do it to sound tough, adult-like, or even funny. Even adults sound stupid when they cuss. The occasional slip-ups? Yeah, those aren't even needed. If they had learned to think before they speak then they wouldn't have to excuse themselves for cussing.

It's obnoxious when one uses bad words. Not to mention disrespectful. Sure, we do have free speech and there's nothing we can do to force a person to not curse, but we can at least try to educate today's youth that its not right. They can take it from there. If I were a parent, I'd try to tell them to always speak in a polite and appropriate manner. It sets a good image. I'd be happy knowing I tried to help rather than thinking, "Oh its just words." "Oh they're just kids, they'll grow out if it." or "What's the harm in saying -insert bad word here-?"

Words make a big impact in today's world, no?

At least the No Cussing Club recognizes that cussing is a bad habit that should be stopped.

    March 8, 2009 at 5:33 pm |
  561. JENOSHA

CUSSING IS NOT COOL AT ALL.eVEN THOUGH I HEAR IT EVERY DAY AT SCHOOL.I THINK IT IS VARY STUPID FOR PEOPLE TO CUSS.AND THE PEOPLE THAT I HEAR CUSS EVERY DAY SHOULD GOTO THE NO CUSSING CLUB.

    March 8, 2009 at 6:28 pm |
  562. amonomus

i think that the cussing club should go into effect at all schools because it is inappropriate to talk that way in and out of school

    March 8, 2009 at 6:54 pm |
  563. Sage

I would never join that. People at my school do cuss, and so do I, but not all the time. And even if they do, I do not see the point of joining a club where your sole purpose is to stop people and yourselves from using certain words.
It is our choice to use those words, and in moderation they are fine. I understand if you had people who cussed in every sentence how it could be annoying, but to be honest, if someone made a club to stop me from cussing, I would ignore them or cuss more to annoy them.
Telling kids no is usually a bad idea because we just want to do it more.

    March 8, 2009 at 11:09 pm |
  564. Bria

I could definetly do that because i dont cuss that often anyway!!!

    March 8, 2009 at 11:48 pm |
  565. Kaylyn

The No Cussing Club is a good idea. but I think that It'd be really hard for some people to over come. cussing could determine how people see you. I know when I see young people cuss (myself included) i feel embaressed. Thinking that, that is all we do or say.

    March 9, 2009 at 12:15 am |

I could stop cussing if my brother would at least try to stop. He is my little brother and wont stop saying crap. (His vidoe games are not helping)

  567. Jade

I could join the No Cussing Club. I already don't cuss. I could stop it and keep to stop doing it. Why do people cuss ? I don’t get the point of it. Cuss is not good to every people. Listen people may be angry or sad, so i join the No Cussing Club.

    March 9, 2009 at 9:25 am |
  568. Ross

I do not believe that it would be possible for anyone in my age group, or several below, to join this group. Someone might join, but in the long run, they would not be able to make it without cussing. This would be extremely excruciating for me to try, but it would make my mother happy.

hey carl what do you think about the no cussing club i think hat people should stop because it doesnt make you cooler if you say a swear word and you are following the wrong path if you do cuss.

  576. Divya

I would join this group, but i don't think that teens will stop saying bad words. That is just the way they are, it's a good effort, bit i don't think it will work.

    Hey carl,
I think that the no cussing club was a good idea but i dont think that people are going to follow it and i think that it is the persons choice if they want to cuss or not

I dont think it would be that hard to go without cussing. I dont think many people would join the group though i believe most students would think it was dumb to have a group to stop cussing. Myself i do not cuss a whole lot so it would be easier for me to join than someone who cuss's like a sailor. If we could get a group to join i believe it would narrow down the amount of people that do cuss.

I think this idea is great. I'm not allowed to cuss anyways, but the kids at school do it alot. Seeing kids my age really makes me feel better about not cussing because I always thought that I was left out for not cussing so this makes me feel alot better about not cussing.

Im glad of Hatch trying to bring back some class and values into the world. Im all for his ideas. Even if they are just words, if you don't swear, you show people that you have at least some control of your mind and you cant give in to peer presure. I think it is a very good habit to be in.

I think the no cursing club is a good thing. I don't cuss as it is. I don't like it when i go to school and am constantly submitted to hearing it in every conversation. I hate certian word with a passion and i don't understand why someone would want to say such things or much less how they get away with it with there parents.

I think this no cussing club is lame. Lots of students choose not to cuss. This kid made it seem like every individual on the planet cusses and he is greater then them all. I should make a club about not saying mean things to people and go on Oprah and talk about it. This kid just likes fame. He is lame. I do not like him. The conscept is good, cussing is bad, but a club is just kinda over-doing it.
    ya.

I think we should not swear. Its obnoxious and can give you bad habits. Swear words SHOULD NOT be apart of the english language.

    March 12, 2009 at 7:17 pm |
  600. Meghan

I don't curse a lot, only when I get mad or annoyed. But, I think a non cursing club would be good for kids that do.

why is cursing so bad? why are people so offended by it? to me, the s four letter word and crap are the same. and yet somehow i feel inappropriate saying the s version.

Cussing? thats a joke.. cussing words are just words that had no beginning they were just made into bad words.

    March 19, 2009 at 9:03 am |
  606. Chris

Cussing is natural and all people can do it. I couldn't stop though cause I do it accidently too often and tryed to stop once but didn't go so well.

    March 19, 2009 at 9:16 am |
  607. Krys

Alot of people curse and everyone can stop. It's not an addiction. Even though it sounds bad, who cares.

    March 19, 2009 at 9:21 am |
  608. Christine

i relly dont think people who do it all day long could just stop. it like smoking u cant just stop that so hwo do u think soome going to stop doing this

    March 19, 2009 at 9:22 am |
  609. Max

I think that I would be impossible to make people stop cursing. I really dont think its a problem because i dont mind it.

    March 19, 2009 at 9:29 am |
  610. Dannika

    some people cuss alot
but if u did some kind of no cussing club
people could get use to it
    and stop cussing
so then we wont here kids cussing as much as we do
so there should be a club
and i know ome people that can stop when they need to

    March 19, 2009 at 10:26 am |
  611. Jerry

There is no way that people who curse all day could stop cursing.Alot of curse words have become normal to the vocabulary of teenagers in the present world.

    March 20, 2009 at 9:17 am |
  612. Emmuh.

I obviously think that cussing is a bad thing to do, but, that's not going to keep me from saying those certain words...I mean, come on, really?
I'm not one to go around, and nag people for saying the words that I choose not too.

    March 21, 2009 at 12:23 am |
  613. Brianna

I think that cussing is a total bad influence on the younger generation and honestly I think that teens at least should not cuss ,because it could effect younger children ,and when they here somone cuss they automatically asume that thease certain words are ok for them to say ,but obviously if they were heard saying words like that . It would give them an idea that cussing is ok

    March 21, 2009 at 10:34 pm |

I’m not one to go around, and nag people for saying the words that I choose not too.

    March 23, 2009 at 11:57 am |
  615. Aryanna

I think that is a good thing but the cuss words are just words some mean things some don't but they are just words that are in the dictionary like any other word.

    March 24, 2009 at 1:23 pm |
  616. Aryanna

And I mean that they are just words

    March 24, 2009 at 1:24 pm |
  617. Stephanie

I think that the No Cussing Club is a very good thing. When people get into middle school, people cuss too much...

    March 24, 2009 at 6:36 pm |
  618. Tristan

I think that the club is a good idea but not everyone could stop it would just come out. Some people get emotional or so enthused in the conversation that they would not be able to control themselves, but if you have the will power I think that you should do it.

    March 25, 2009 at 10:29 am |
  619. Anahi

Its's so hard not to so curse I wouldn't join cause I'll fail and probably end up getting kick out. I've been trying to stop and I think that if I set my mind to it I'll stop but I'm no going to join but it's still a good idea....

    March 25, 2009 at 10:37 am |
  620. Damian

It sounds bad when you cuzz and it makes you look like your not educated or polite.. it makes you look like a bad and rude person.. i'll join the NO CUSSING CLUB.

    March 25, 2009 at 10:54 am |
  621. samuel

A no cussing club. Are you crazy. We have this economy problem and all some people care about is a no cussing club. So what if people cuss sometimes. There are bigger problems in this world.

    March 25, 2009 at 11:46 am |
  622. Wes

i think it is a good idea but we will never be able to stop cussing completely across the world

    March 25, 2009 at 1:36 pm |
  623. LUCINDA

I WOULDNT JOIN BECAUSE SOME ONE IS ALWAYS PUSHED TO THIER LIMITS IN ONE DAY I MIGHT SLIP A CUSS WORD OR TWO OUT.

    March 25, 2009 at 3:40 pm |
  624. cindy

I think it is for a good cause but honestly many teens now a days think cussing is cool and has probably been almost a second language to them

    March 25, 2009 at 4:29 pm |
  625. Jacob

I admire what you are trying to do. However, I just don't think it is for me.

    March 25, 2009 at 4:34 pm |
  626. Kevin

I wouldnt join this club because im an otkau and the "lingo" i use is a bit more abstract then others, it gets really easily confused with other words.(although im not even speaking the same language) its a great way to educate students to leaving harmful languages but it should just be a "id like to join" club. We should not force them to stop cussing but we should explain the consequences to the words. But thats just another Opinion.

    March 25, 2009 at 4:37 pm |
  627. antonio

no i would not completely stop cussing because everyone needs to let go of some steam once in a time and the best way is to cuss.
i dont think i could stop cussing since i freedom iam welling to keep.

    March 25, 2009 at 4:40 pm |
  628. Iris

I wouldn't join this club because I think that is normal for people to cuss because it shows true emotions and feeling like when they hurt themselves. I also think that it is not good to cuss when it is not needed.

    March 25, 2009 at 4:44 pm |
  629. Alan

I would NEVER even think about joining this club. NO ONE can stop cursing completly.

    March 25, 2009 at 4:46 pm |
  630. Angelica

I don't think i would last long because it so comon know to use them as any other word especially in schools students use them as or like Hi or Bye!!

    March 25, 2009 at 4:46 pm |
  631. tiahana

i think that is a good club! because u wouldent go to your grandma house and say all those cuss words at your friends! ♥

    March 25, 2009 at 8:21 pm |
  632. Ricardo

I don’t think that everyone is going to stop swearing, but i bet some people could stop at anytime they want but things happen. some people cuss because they had a bad day or just to be funny.

    March 26, 2009 at 10:11 am |
  633. Maria

There is no point in cussing, it is mostly used to insult people. We are only lowering ourselves and not working on becoming better citizens if we believe it is fine to put someone below us.

    March 26, 2009 at 10:21 am |
  634. Annette

I would probaly join the club is is not a habit of me to curse yeah i say the words every now and then but who does not but i think people who say the word like nothin have a really bad problem.

    March 26, 2009 at 10:39 am |
  635. Jennifer

Yes I could get in a no cussing club but I don't think I could keep with it I mean yea I can but it may slip out.

    March 26, 2009 at 10:49 am |
  636. Michael

Yeah I think it’s a good club I would join because I don’t like cursing a lot no more and also using every sentence with it. When you get mad at something I think the club would help with your anger without cursing it out. Good luck with the club.

    March 26, 2009 at 10:50 am |
  637. irvin

no because its a waste of tome

    March 26, 2009 at 12:36 pm |
  638. Frank

Nope. There shouldn't such a class because it would never change anything about rather you curse or not! It is really a massive waste of time!!

    March 26, 2009 at 1:45 pm |
  639. Frank

Nope. I think it is a massive waste of time.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:12 pm |
  640. Jose

I dont think it is necessary that you make a cussing club.
But its just a word you use.
I curse everyday no matter what it will just slip out.
Its just a waist of time sooner or later you will have to curse.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:21 pm |
  641. moises

well i think you should say what ever you want to say no one can stop you but you should wacth your words .respect other people its not wrong to cuss it happends.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:30 pm |
  642. moises

well i think you should say what ever you want to say no one can stop you but you should wacth your words respect other people its not wrong to cuss i happends so i wouldnt really matter

    March 26, 2009 at 2:34 pm |
  643. Marco

I would not joint the club. Just because is kind of hard to stop cursing when you need to defent your self when other people are cursing to you.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:39 pm |
  644. Jesus

The no cussing club is'nt something that I would be eager to join but for the kids that would good for you. I'm not saying the I cuss with every word that comes out of my mouth but when you in the heat of the moment and there is no other way to avoid saying that one word what can you do about. Sure some people get offended and take it personally but they just have to remeber words are words lets keep it like that.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:44 pm |
  645. Doris

I really don't cuss much but there are times when i do so i dont really think i can stop cussing.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:44 pm |
  646. Virginia

I limit my cussing but I don't think I would stop cussing. The main reason that I use it is to let out steam when am mad. I don't think i would join a "No Cussing Club" either becasue that is weird and I just think people should say what they feel like.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:45 pm |
  647. Tangela

i don't think I could stop cussing. I think the club is a waste of time.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:46 pm |
  648. Miguel

I don't think I would join the club because when i am angry I take my anger out by cussing and it would be very difficult not to cuss.

    March 26, 2009 at 2:49 pm |
  649. Anahi

I think its hard not to curse so I won't join but i think its a wonderful idea....

    March 27, 2009 at 9:40 am |
  650. Felix

This wouldn't be a bad idea at all ,but I dont think i would be able to join it since mainly alot of people do this and even if i tried hard to stop cussing sometimes you just cant help but spill out with cuss word.

    March 27, 2009 at 9:50 am |
  651. Manuel

If evrybody would stop cussing our children would not know that language veary early in their lifes.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:30 am |
  652. Telij

I could definitely join the no cussing club as there is already a law against cursing in front of a woman and children inTexas, even though it is not enforced by the police I would be able to enforce it on myself keeping in mind that if I curse I am breaking the law of my state. Not only this, but I dont not curse anyways, I think it is a vulgar thing to do and demeans the one who is cursing.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:31 am |
  653. Javier

The no cussing club, well really not for me. Everyone cusses once in a while and it be hard to go with out cussing. I mean cussing is not always a bad thing, like sometimes you cuss beacuse your overwhelmed and dont know how else to express it.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:33 am |
  654. Stacia

To be honest, i don't think i can swear off cuss words, not even for an hour. I have a bad mouth and it would be really hard for me to stop cussing, cold turkey. I would not ever want to join the No Cussin Club. It sounds kind of stupid and ridiculous to me.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:46 am |
  655. Adela

For me it will be difficult to stop cursing but when someone commits themselves to something they can complete it. I dont really use curse words very often but yeah some people may not be willing to stop.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:52 am |
  656. Ivan

I dont think i would be able to last in that club because when i get angry everything comes out and a cuss word might slip out to.

    March 27, 2009 at 10:53 am |
  657. irvin

i think its dumb because even if i did want to stop cursing i wouldnt

    March 27, 2009 at 12:03 pm |
  658. Yuridia

Cussing is just a way of insulting people and disrespecting yourself, that is why i think its a good idea to join the club. It will help me improve my manners and also it will teach me to respect others as well. For many people it could be hard to stop cussing, beacuse they are so accostumed to it that to change that, it could take a while. However, i think that it its better for all of us to learn how to use our vocabulary right because our way of acting and speaking reflects who we are.

    March 27, 2009 at 12:28 pm |
  659. Nilsa

I think is nice to have a no cussing club but I wouldnt join, cussing is a bad habbit that I have

    March 27, 2009 at 2:14 pm |
  660. Elias

I wouldn't join only because the majority of people cus or swear. But swear words are only just words, they really don't do mean anything (except for some) and people make them so wrong. Everybody is going to curse, cus, or swear at one point in there life, and everybody has. It's inevitable and you really can't do nothing about it.

    March 27, 2009 at 2:25 pm |
  661. Veronica

i would not want to join that club because it would be really hard for me to stop cussing! cuz usually when i got mad bout somethin i just start cussing when i dnt mean to and yes i do cuss when im wit my friends bt im just playin u know bt i think the club thing isnt worth it!

    March 27, 2009 at 2:26 pm |
  662. Z

NO WAY, It's not like you get a free PS3 for joining, then i'd join in a heartbeat, then probloy quit! XP

    March 27, 2009 at 2:51 pm |
  663. Rocio

i dont think cussing is a good thing is bad but i mea is not liek people can actually stop from usisng such language. in my case i would try to stop cussing but i know if some one makes me mad or i gt really mad every thing i worked for is gonna come down in a matter of second .

    April 13, 2009 at 10:42 am |
  664. Humberto

I don't think you can stop people from crusing because peole sometimes say it on a accident. Other people say because they are mad and angry that someone.

    April 13, 2009 at 10:55 am |
  665. Corey

I think some people could stop swearing but lil do people know its harder than they think.

    April 13, 2009 at 4:18 pm |
  666. Lilian

I think is a good idea!! this way everyone would respect others and the club would be a peaceful place.
